Inside the condo, discover an open-concept living room, dining area, and kitchen. Continue to enjoy serene views of the waves from the living room's soft sofa or head out onto the private balcony where the sunrise and sunset views are unforgettable! Whereas the spacious bedrooms and bathrooms ensure everyone's satisfaction and restful slumber. For your complete convenience, this condo is equipped with central air-conditioning.

**Please Note: As of March 15, 2025 the Sands Ocean Club Resort will require and collect at check-in a $30 per day resort fee per reservation . This per day fee is not part of the Reservation's rent or fees, but is a completely separate fee collected by the Resort and for the Resort. Vacasa does not cover this per day fee and cannot waive or credit it for you. Only the person named in the Reservation will be able to check in at the Front Desk. Check in is at 4:00pm and Early Check In is not available at this Resort. **

Damage waiver: The total cost of your reservation for this Property includes a nightly damage waiver fee, plus tax if applicable (the “Damage Waiver”). (A discount may be applied for stays of 28 nights or longer, if permitted.) The Damage Waiver covers you for up to $3,000 of accidental damage to the Property or its contents (such as furniture, fixtures, and appliances) as long as you report the incident to the host prior to checking out. The Damage Waiver fee eliminates the need for a traditional security deposit.

Condo appears to be recently updated. Be paint, furniture and kitchen all in working order, as they should be. Clean, comfortable bed, great view. View is better than the front, where i stayed last year. The two bars are really fun, with great bands. Food on premises. You really don't have to leave the resort, but everything is close. Wasn't a washer and dryer in the room. Must have meant available within the resort. Only thing is you have to pay 30 per day extra, when you arrive, but i was aware of that. It's also the first room off the elevator. Which is an extra convenience. As for the staff at the bars, front door were amazing.

Loved it

Been going for 40 years since I was a kid with my mom and her timeshare. I love my experience here. The staff is always wonderful especially the beautiful woman at Windows. They’re like family. They’ve been so good to my mom and my family. I had to come back.

Beach break

The room was nice as pictured. The hotel itself needs updating. VRBO guests are treated differently at the resort which is unfortunate- extra fees for parking, pool and no access to luggage carts or bellhop assistance.

The check in process is awful! You have to drive almost 30 minutes away to get the key for the room. You also have to take it back after. The room was fine. Good location.

It was ok but…

You have to travel 18 minutes away to get key cards, and then return to the same place to return them or be charged $200. Parking and pool are not included. Just to give people the benefit of choosing otherwise. It wasn’t all bad but I won’t choose this company in the future. It’s not VRBO but another company using VRBO to advertise.

Do not waste your money

This listing is missing the info that the pick up for keys is 20 minutes away from the property in another city. I did not have a car to start out but after finding out my uber fees would have been super high, I paid for a car just to find out the parking fees are 40 plus 5.00 a day per car. The listing does say you pay for parking but does not indicate it's so high! The most concerning thing is that the box you pick your keys up from a box that is supposed to be locked but isn't and doesn't lock. when I got there it's a building in a basically abandoned shopping plaza and the envelope had my whole name, location of where I was staying, my check in and check out dates written on the front where anybody could obtain my info. I asked to be moved or cancel the rest of my reservation due to flimsy locks and no secure doors at the property and wad told sorry for your inconvenience. These are just things I wish I knew ahead of time. The property is fine there's a bar inside and I guess one outside for entertainment. The elevators smell musty from the carpet being wet.

Great location right on the beach. Outdated resort, outdated furniture in the room, beds were second-rate, bathroom floor was sticky. The bed linens were clean. Definitely a bargain for the location but everything else was meh.
