The Space:

This condo has great views of the ocean from the balcony, living room, and main bedroom! Located in Myrtle Beach, SC in the exclusive Sands Beach Club, this resort has it all! Microwave oven, LCD TVs, and private bathrooms are included in the beachfront condo. Heated pools and a private ocean balcony along with an oceanside pool! FREE WIFI! We hope you enjoy this condo as much as we do!



Guest Access:

Entire space and building amenities are included in this rental. Please feel at home.



The Neighborhood:

This condo is conveniently located within walking distance of Ocean Annies, where you can enjoy live music by the beach and a great atmosphere. It's also just a short drive to Broadway at the Beach, Market Common, and Ripley's Aquarium. In addition, many of the area's popular attractions, restaurants, golf courses, and shopping are a short drive away.



Getting Around:

I highly recommend using ride-sharing services such as Uber and Lyft. There is also Turo, which allows you to rent a car from a private owner. If you have any questions about these services, please send me a message now. I look forward to hosting you on your trip!

IMPORTANT NOTES:



-BEACH NOURISHMENT starting 3rd week of MAY - Safety barriers and signage will clearly mark closed areas.



- Notice – Spectrum Internet Installation (Sept–Oct 2025):

Building-wide internet upgrades will take place from September 8, 2025, for about 4–6 weeks. Expect daytime drilling (8 am–6 pm), construction noise, and workers will access the units.



- All units must be serviced to ensure the proper treatment.

Pest control takes place on the first Saturday of each month.



-Starting April 6, weather permitting, the south beach access walkover at Sands Beach Club will be temporarily closed for approximately 2–3 weeks as it undergoes full replacement to improve safety, accessibility, and overall guest experience; we appreciate your patience during this time.



IMPORTANT NOTICE: Spectrum wiring for internet installation will begin on September 8th, 2025.

Drilling will take approximately two hours per unit, one stack a day, performed by a 3-4-worker team.

Drilling of the entire building will be completed before wires are dropped through the units.

The hours of drilling will be 8:00 am-6:00 pm.

Drilling is expected to take approximately two to four weeks to complete in both Phases I & II.

Dropping the lines and connection will take approximately four to six weeks in both Phase I & II.

The total project timeline is four to six weeks.

Access to the units is a must to avoid delays.

End of Summer bliss

I love the Sands Beach Club and have stayed at several units over the years but this one maybe my favorite! Great communication with owners, the unit was perfect and had the best views of the ocean! I will definitely be booking this unit again!

Big hassle

The contract says I cannot give under 4 stars. Ummm…what?! Had this property been maintained, it would probably be a great place. Most of it is minor (a little paint, a magic eraser or two, and a screwdriver would take care of 90% of it!), but the contract was ridiculous (with several grammatical errors), and I spent over an hour of my short vacation taking and sending 92 pics of all the issues in an attempt to avoid being charged for the various problems. I received a request a few hours before checking for a picture of my signature and credit card. I was very uncomfortable doing that via email or text. There was some back-and-forth, but eventually they said that I didn’t have to do that after all. Ummmm…?! I spent an ridiculous amount of time looking for light bulbs, batteries, etc. per owner request. Marks all over the walls, carpet, etc., Chairs were filthy, missing parts of closet, nasty and stained linens/mattresses, only 5 towels for 5 people for 5 day stay ($30 charge for more), no change available for the ancient washer and dryer down the hall, missing pulls on dressers, loose doorknob, neither TV would work (be careful, they will charge you $75 if you mess with anything!), bathroom vanity falling apart, lack of care in replacing hair dryers, only 1 dish towel for 5 days, and my young daughter found a single pill on the floor in the second bedroom (we assumed/hope that it was just a Tylenol, but thank God my oldest found it before my younger ones!!!!).

Unit was undesirable

Upholstered furniture in tv area very dirty. HVAC closet had lot of built up dust. Vents in bathrooms not efficient and dust accumulated. Hard to move around in second bedroom due to a twin bed plus full bed with twin on top. Listing says bring supplies which we purchased only to find out they were supplied in the unit. Bathtubs have no handle bar.

Updates needed

It seemed like everything was very old. The furniture has stains, cracks or paint chips. The closet doors were barely hanging on. The main bedroom needs a smaller bed because it doesn’t leave much space to walk around. The TVs were old and weren’t able to even connect to anything. We booked for 8 and there wasn’t enough kitchen supplies for a family of 4. You definitely pay for the view.

Mother’s Day weekend

The refrigerator was not working after the fact we had already purchased our cold items. We were wondering why they had a mini fridge in the dining area. We reported but they replied they would not be able to attend to it until the next day which we were inconvenienced and had to try and stuff our cold items in the mini fridge we lost the large frozen pizza we had because it wouldn’t fit. Also the room that the kids were sleeping in had sand in the beds. And a cup from the cleaning crew was left behind and a flosser so I guess they enjoyed their break. And the furniture was old and smell bad.
