A Place at the Beach III 2N, Myrtle Beach, South Carolina is the perfect place to take your next beach vacation! It has all the components of a great vacation. You are right on the beach, there are tons of restaurants and shopping options, and a plethora of amusements and attractions. Of course, you will need the perfect place to stay when you come and that is A Place at the Beach III 2N. It is a newly renovated condo that feels like home. A Place at the Beach III is located in the Shore Drive section of Myrtle Beach, South Carolina. There are over 100 golf courses in the area, and more than 1,500 restaurants ranging from seafood, burgers and fries, Mediterranean, Italian and much more. Ocean Annies is next door and other bars and restaurants are just steps from your door. In addition, there are museums, amusement parks, the theater and of course the beach! You will also want to check out the outlet malls for some shopping, go rent jet skis, or do some parasailing.
At A Place at the Beach III, there is a pool, picnic and barbecue area equipped with grills, and it is located on the beach so you will not have to go far to enjoy sand, sun, and lots of ocean. A Place at the Beach III 2N is a two-bedroom, two full bath rental condominium that sleeps 6 comfortably. This condominium has a fully equipped kitchen so you can enjoy some meals right in the comfort of the condo. Towels & bed linens are included in your rental (beach towels not included). Also available for guest entertainment in this rental are flat screen televisions, in every room, DVD players, and WIFI so you can stay connected.

Spending time out on the beach or enjoying one of the many activities available here will be something everyone will remember. Perfect for us. Conveniently right next to the hotel where extended family stay, but MUCH cleaner, well kept, quieter, and more appropriate for children than the hotel next door. Hosts were wonderful. Unit is stocked very well. We loved sitting on the balcony with a view of the ocean, pool, and marsh. Having 2 bathrooms was a big help.

Perfect beach vacation

We were in Myrtle Beach for a week for baseball. It was not too far of a drive from the baseball facilities, and a perfect spot for the beach. The hosts responded to my messages very quickly. I would highly recommend this rental.

Pleasant, clean, relaxing and comfortable

The condo was well-equipped and comfortable, and the ocean view was nice. Very relaxing. Location is perfect, you have shopping and restaurants near by. Alert; The condo is not handicap accessible and this is a 2nd-floor unit with no elevator, so it was a little difficult for my 75-year-old and 80-year-old relatives. But overall I will stay here again.

This condo was in a great location, loved the view, nicely renovated, well stocked and comfortable. Niki was very responsive and helpful. I would highly recommend renting this condo on your next trip to Mrytle Beach.

Mini vacation

The condo was perfect, we use to be campers and always went to Apache Campground. We sold our Motorhome a few years ago . We been looking for the perfect place in the same area and we found it. The owners of the condo made everything so easy and convenient. We will definitely be back again. Thanks to Nikki and her husband for sharing their beautiful beach house with us.

Much needed vacation.

This is our 2nd time staying at this beautiful condo. You know it has to be good if you come back and don't even consider staying anywhere else. The weather was absolutely perfect. The condo is clean, modern, well equipped, and feet from the beach. Smack dab in the middle between Broadway at the Beach and Barefoot Landing for all your shopping needs. We will definitely be back.

A Place at the Beach III

This process was made so simple thanks to Jeff and Nicki Gagich. We have rented condos at this location for 20 years and this has been the best experience yet! The condo was clean and well stocked and effortless communication. Will definitely be renting from them again.

Close to perfect

Location and communication with owner were great. We had a little problem with a ceiling fan which was fixed right away. Unfortunately construction was being done on the property creating noise and some disturbance. A sliding closet door was off the track as was the deck screen door. Would have been nice to have a heads up on these issues. Floor had not been mopped (as evidenced by our bare feet). However the unit was nicely remodeled and furnished with everything we needed except coffee filters. I imagine next year the construction issues will be resolved. We will be happy to return.

Beautiful spot in North Myrtle Beach

The condo was just as it's pictured. It was a perfect location for our family while there for a tournament at The Ripken Experience. It's close to everything but still quiet. Sitting out on the balcony was a highlight. The beach is amazing. We would definitely return and also recommend!
