Escape to the quiet, northernmost tip of Cherry Grove Beach for a truly unique coastal experience. Our beautifully decorated, constantly updated condo at Ocean View Villas puts you literally steps from the sand in a well-maintained, gated complex.

The Space:
Designed for comfort and style, this 2-bedroom, 2-bathroom retreat easily accommodates up to 6 guests:

Master Suite: Relax in a queen-size bed with your own private full bathroom.

Guest Bedroom: Perfect for families, featuring a double bed and a set of bunk beds for the kids.

Living Area:
A bright, open space with a second full bathroom conveniently located nearby.

We are situated at the famous "Point," where the Atlantic Ocean wraps around into a stunning saltwater inlet. It’s the best of both worlds: wide, sandy beaches for sunbathing and calm inlet waters perfect for watching the tide come in.

Great location! Views of the beach from every window. Fabulous porch overlooking the beach where we ate meals. This is the quiet end of the beach, very peaceful.The condo was clean and well-equipped so that we were easily able to cook several meals. The furniture was comfortable and attractive.Sophie was easy to work with and answered any questions immediately. We highly recommend this wonderful place!

Stunning views! The pictures on the listing don’t do the property justice! Absolutely worth the money to spend quiet time away from the chaos and take in the sound of the ocean flowing into the inlet. Communication with the property owner was nothing but immediate, polite and extremely helpful. The whole condo was clean and updated. The beds were comfortable. We did not use the pool but it looked clean.

The property was beautiful. The only issue we had was parking. We were there for a baseball tournament and had 2 families which ment 2 cars. Only 1 parking spot is available and there is no parking nearby. Wish we knew prior to booking or we would’ve booked elsewhere. If we needed 1 car this would’ve been perfect.

Beautiful view and amazing beach. The property was as described with everything you could need. It was a great relaxing getaway away from the giant resorts. Good communication and attentiveness from the property owners. The wife loved it and can't wait to go back.

Great venue! Attentive host! Awesome view from the balcony!Only issue we had was the lack of an elevator, which would not be a problem for most people, but made for an exhausting vacation for 3 women in their mid-sixties.

Family Vacation

My husband & I, along with our 3 & 5 year old boys had the best week in Cherry Grove! We enjoyed our time on the beach, at the pool, & in the condo. We loved the people watching from the balcony every evening. We enjoyed a few night out at local restaurants. But we mostly stayed in and door dashed. It was such a perfect, peaceful spot we didn’t want to leave!

Stunning beach views!

Thank you for sharing your beautiful beach home with my daughter and I. The condo is absolutely perfect, not a single detail has been overlooked. This host has thought of everything from the beautiful decor that looks like it came right out of a Southern Living magazine, complete with coffee bar and fully stocked bathrooms!! The beds were extremely comfortable which is important to me. This place has a million dollar view that can be seen from the kitchen, living room, picture windows in the bedroom and of course the deck. The deck was perfect for stunning sunrises and coffee!! I love staying at the Point, always something to explore watching the changing tides!

Wonderful location

My sister and I stayed here for my daughter to go to camp through a Clemson University program. The condo was very clean, & the location was wonderful! We have never stayed on Cherry Grove & we fell in love. The only negative is if you are planning to wash clothes you have to go back down 3 flights of stairs to the main level, outside to the next building where they have the coin operated laundry. Other than that it was absolutely wonderful. Thank you for an enjoyable stay!

We had an incredible stay at this beachfront property! The views were absolutely breathtaking — waking up to the sound of the waves and the endless horizon was a highlight every day.
