  • Forest Dunes Unit # 706, "The Coast Is Clear" is a 1 bedroom, 1 ½ bath Oceanview condo on the 7th floor with great views of the ocean and outdoor pool area. From the bedroom you can see the sunrise and into North Myrtle Beach. From the balcony you can hear the waves, see the sunset, and see south into Garden City.

    The bedroom has a king bed with plush linens, a comfortable chair, flat screen TV, and dresser. The half bathroom has a blow dryer and plenty of luxurious soft towels. The full bathroom has a full size tub/shower, blow dryer, and plenty of luxurious soft towels.

    The living area has a comfortable queen sleeper sofa with chaise lounge, side chair, chair with ottoman, a Smart TV, free WiFi, board games and books for your enjoyment. There is a pub style table with 4 chairs. There are two stools for sitting at the bar.

    The kitchen is well stocked with stove/oven, refrigerator, microwave, toaster, drip coffee pot, blender, pots and pans, plenty of counter space, and much more.

    The large balcony is the perfect place to eat, read a book, or listen to the waves. There are beach chairs, umbrella, and sand toys for your convenience to use on the beach.

    The building is very well maintained with an indoor pool, hot tub, outdoor pool, lazy river, kiddie pool, and laundry room.

    This condo is our home away from home. It is a place where you can relax, feel comfortable, spend time with your family, or just recharge yourself. We are owner operated and our goal is for guests to enjoy their stay and to look forward to coming back every year to experience the perfect vacation.

We had a Great comfortable Stay! The Condo was nice and clean! The host was very courteous, attentive, and informative! The property location is Perfect, the Beach is right across the street! The main property is also well kept and clean! My Family and I will definitely stay here again!

The unit was stocked, with very nice, comfortable, and clean living room furniture. The bed and bed sheets/linens were very comfortable. The bathroom vanities and toilets were updated.The unit has a nice unrestricted view of the beach!

The place was exactly as stated, clean and comfortable with a lovely view, and a well-stocked kitchen to cook a Thanksgiving dinner. All instructions were clear, and Hosts were available as needed. Would definitely stay here again!

Perfect honeymoon getaway!

Great little condo

This is a perfect couples getaway condo. The location is super convenient with the beach just across the street and a pool, hot tub, and restaurant downstairs. It is within convenient driving distance of anything you could possibly want to do at Myrtle Beach. Can’t recommend enough.
