    This condo is on the first floor.
    Located in the residential section of the Grand Strand, this magnificent property boasts a breathtaking oceanfront private location, offering a truly unparalleled experience. With a multitude of attractions within a short drive, convenience is at your fingertips.

    However, the true gem of this resort lies within its extensive water park, spanning an impressive 30,000 square feet. Delight in the ultimate aquatic adventures as you explore two indoor water parks, featuring thrilling water slides, a whimsical submarine, rejuvenating Jacuzzis, inviting pools, a colossal 250-foot lazy river, and much more. No matter the season, this water wonderland guarantees endless splashing fun throughout the year.

    The front desk will issue a parking pass and wrist bands for swimming pools. It runs 24 hours a day and 7 days a week. The code for the electronic lock to access the condo, which will be sent by email and text message.

    POOL AMENITIES :
    Open daily from 9:00 AM to 11:00 PM.

    Please Note:
    -No masks, goggles, snorkels, or headgear allowed on slides.
    -Palms Speed Slide: 4 ft height requirement
    -Palms Corkscrew Slide: 3 ft height requirement
    - Located on the 1st floor, but a few stairs are required to access the unit.

    Seasonal Notice:
    Per FEMA regulations, pool area windows are removed in early May and reinstalled by mid–late November.

    -Palmetto Pool Area: Closed Mon–Thu, Oct 7–30
    -Palms Pool Area: Closed Mon–Thu, Nov 3–22

The pool area is clean, beach views from the room and pool area. Great resort and communication with host was very easy through text, and fast at responding. Will definitely recommend to friends and family!

Enjoyed an anniversary getaway! Great communication with host, room was very clean with plenty of towels, and everything in you need to enjoy a weekend or longer. Beautiful view of the beach, with a nice patio to enjoy the weather.

We enjoyed our stay. You can just walk right out of your room and enjoy a restaurant, Starbucks, and just a one minute walk to the indoor pools, outdoor pools, and beach! It’s a great place for families. Parking is across the street in a parking garage but the dunes resort itself is so accessible and easy to navigate! Check in was smooth and easy! Room was clean. I also liked that it was a little away from the busier area of Myrtle beach. It was a short drive (8 minutes) to the boardwalk with restaurants, aquarium, shops, etc.

The condo was clean, comfortable, and a nice place to relax at the beach. The water park was fun.Janet was amazing to communicate with. The condo had everything we needed for our four nught stay. The view of the ocean was amazing!!

Our host reached out to us to ensure we got settled in well. We loved having an open line of communication with the host, everything was nice and well kept. Would recommend this place to anyone.

Janet has her stuff together! Everything was just as stated and emails and texts with all details and instructions made check in, use of the property, and check out absolutely seamless! Have stayed at Dunes for years and years but LOVE the location of this particular room on the site and the fact that you don’t have to use the elevators! And you can still see the ocean! Ice machine being right outside the door is a plus too! We had a wonderful spring break weekend!

Great location just off the beach, with beach/ocean view off the 1st floor balcony. It was a little noisy (I’m guessing due to age of the building/thinner walls) even though it was off season.It was great to have the indoor water park (pools, lazy river, jacuzzis, and two slides) included in the rental price and provided some indoor fun during cool weather!Overall a nice, enjoyable stay! Thanks!

We had a great stay. The location was great. Felt very safe and the beach access was great. We came with our 1 yr old daughter and the pools, splash pads, and water slides were a big hit with her. She had so much fun with all of it. The room itself was clean and had everything we needed. Will definitely be back.

Loved our stay at Dunes Village Resort! The indoor waterparks were a huge hit with my grandkids! The room was the perfect size and having a full size fridge was great! Free garage parking across the street. I booked the day before and didn’t get the check in instructions email but as soon as I reached out it was texted to me within minutes! The code for the door is pretty long so I screenshotted it to have it on my phone to make it easier to get in! Checkout was easy…only confusion was with where to take the trash. I let the host know and they stated they would update the instructions with more detailed information!

Family Vacation

The room was clean, in good shape and close to everything in the resort including the pool, restaurant, cafe, and walk way to the beach. The resort was great and very family friendly. The location was amazing, on a quiet part of the strip but a short drive to every thing. Overall we had an amazing time and would recommend the condo/resort to anyone.

AMAZING!

We had the most amazing experience staying in the condo. The pools and water play areas were very clean, the restaurant located just steps away was delish, and the short walk to the beach made our days so much easier with three kids. The condo itself had everything we needed and everything was very clean. We will hopefully be coming back next year!

Family Vacation

We really enjoyed our stay! The Dunes had everything to keep my one year busy, and we really enjoyed the water park. We would definitely book again. The room was very clean when we arrived and we had no issues at all!
