- Parking: This property includes one parking space for the unit. Additional parking is available on the grass between Mitchell Drive and the fence. Vehicles must park facing north, and all 4 tires must be on the grass; any vehicle not meeting these conditions may be towed. Please note that parking along the street is metered, and a fee applies. There are also nearby parking garages where additional parking can be arranged.
- Fireworks & Laser Pointers: The discharge of fireworks is strictly prohibited on the property. Laser pointers are also prohibited.
- Age Requirement: This unit has a minimum age requirement of 25 years. If booking for a group of individuals, all persons must be 25 years of age or older. This policy does not apply to parents with children, but in those cases, the parents must be over 25.
- Rental Agreement: A signed rental agreement is required for all bookings.

Great Location, Overall as Described

This location for the price is great. It is a short walk to the beach. There are a couple older chairs and an umbrella for use. The unit is comfortable and as described, though it could really use a nice deep cleaning (fans, front of cabinets, lamp shades, etc. all show accumulation; bathroom tile ready for re-caulk). The property is well managed with quick response. The security on the property is on top of it - make sure to follow all the guidelines to a T!

Close to beach-attractions

Great stay after initial mix up and 30 minute drive to offices. Lady in the office was very helpful and got us to the rental unit. Unit was close to beach, food, boardwalk and amusement park.

Apartment was clean and decently maintained. It was nice that they did have beach supplies for us to use, chairs, umbrella and stroller, even though we still brought some of our own. The kitchen was stocked for the mornings we made breakfast. The area was a quick walk to the beach and several restaurants and shopping.

Wonderful

The condo was beautiful. We just had one mishap when we were sleep someone entered the condo with a key. We got the situation resolved. And that is way I couldn’t find the second key. It was like a home away from home.

This property needs some repairs. We were missing items and we never really felt like we were "hosted". We could've rented another condo in myrtle for this experience.

Great location!

We liked this place and the communication was great. We were very confused when we got to the place and couldn’t find any dish towels or sheets for the bed. We finally found them in a big bag in one of the bedrooms and had to make the beds ourselves. I’m not sure if this is because of COVID or not, but would’ve been a nice thing to know when we got there. Overall, it was a great location. Easy walk to the downtown area and super short walk to the beach. I reallly appreciated the security on site every night in the parking lot because we would walk everywhere at night so we felt safe coming back.

Amazing ! Simply great

I just loved the place, I think it's one of the best places I've stayed at. Management made it easy to come in and it was peaceful, quiet, perfect location! And most importantly CLOSE TO THE BEACH. definitely recommended and definitely will come back

The property was as advertised. The only “negative” was the cleanliness of the unit (food on bed when we arrived, carpets had food crumbs, gnats throughout). The property manager was responsive with communication and requests.

We enjoyed our stay. Have stayed here before a few years ago. Close to downtown. Property is always very clean and the staff are very friendly. The unit was exactly as described. The 3 bedroom was very spacious and each room was decorated with a beachy vibe. We would definitely stay here again.

Must Bring EVERYTHING!

The listing is pretty much what you would expect. In comparison to other 3 bedrooms it was affordable, but overall you get what you pay for. Nothing too fancy but definitely doable and great for a trip with friends. Distance to the beach is amazing. Most bars/restaurants are about a 30 min walk, which we actually enjoyed. Please note: aside from beach gear and small towels there is NOTHING there. We got in late on Sunday night and didn’t even have toilet paper which was even more awful because nothing was open. Make sure to pack sheets, beach towels, shower towels (if you want a normal size, theirs are small), soap, laundry detergent, hair supplies, etc. Kitchen is only stalked with salt and pepper. I would not recommend this place if you are flying and cannot pack all of these supplies. If you’re prepared, great!

Location was great and it was awesome for a family!

We had an amazing time staying at this place. It was close to the beach and within walking distance to the boardwalk. My one complaint was that we couldn’t get to the pool because it has a code and we didn’t know it. However, the rest of the property was very nice and clean, and we had a fantastic trip!

A home away from home

We were pleasantly surprised and very impressed when we arrived, the place was even cuter than in the pictures. It was clean and modern and had everything we needed to be comfortable and feel at home. It was a short walk to the beach and shopping and the property was very quiet and clean. We would stay there again and again....

Nice place but hole in the ceiling in the bathroom

This apartment is really nice and furniture was functioning with plenty of room. The only reason why I gave this place only 3 stars is that upon our arrival we found shower curtain in the master bedroom on the floor and when we check the master bathroom it was a complete mess. They had a plumber to repair a leak a week before but no one bother to warn us neither to clean it up. After calling the landlord they managed to get a cleaning lady in on Monday and she did pretty good job. We also received a refund of $100.00 for our inconvenience. Since the shower curtain was damaged we couldn't really use the shower but at least we had second sink and toilet. With 1 bathroom and 5 people it was not easy the first two days. Except this downfall we really enjoyed our stay and had a good time. It is a short walk to the beach, Family Kingdom, mini golf and other action. And despite this unit is on the second floor is still can see a little bit of the ocean. And you have several golf courses within 15 minutes drive. Great location!!!
