A very Beautiful house well maintained, love the big windows which gives best lake views.Kayaking boats are available for those who want to try kayaking.It's a 10/10 experience with villas of Muskoka.Looking forward for many more.

We stayed at Unit 14 for two nights and overall found the cottage very clean, spacious, and comfortable. The beautiful lake views from both inside and outside were definitely a highlight. The complimentary games rooms, pickleball & badminton courts, canoes, paddle boats, and life jackets were excellent amenities. The kitchen and main living area were highlights, thanks to their large windows and serene setting. The basement master bedroom had a full bath, though it was somewhat dated, with low ceilings and the washer/dryer nearby; the upstairs bedrooms were smaller but cozy. And the full bathroom & powder rooms were modern and nice. The concierge was responsive and helpful before our stay, particularly with fishing recommendations. Our main concerns were the unclear dock access and inconsistent communication. Promotional photos showed a dock attached to the unit, but we were not permitted to use it, and our questions about it went unanswered. I also did not receive a direct response to my early check-in question, though the policy was later provided in the rules PDF. Overall, we enjoyed our stay, and clearer dock information and more consistent communication would have improved the experience.
