"Excellent little hotel in ventura. Loved how close it was to downtown, the beach, and all the amenities available. Check in was very easy and the staff was really helpful. I stayed for a marathon and was able to get a great night sleep before the race. Good amount of parking and plenty of space for a person or a couple. "

She helped us secure a parking spot and was ready to reserve parking on the street by standing there, offered us items that we could take from the breakfast menu since we were checking out early, helped us with the tv… just superb very high touch service which is so unusual these days. "This property is dilapidated uncomfortable bed, thread bare ratty “antique” furniture looks like it was dragged out of the back of a garage. The breakfast was like those at all budget motels. No daily housekeeping. Window AC unit didn’t work right. Ceiling fan sounded and looked like it would fall from the ceiling.code violations abound."
