Only challenge is an accurate understanding of meeting arrangements to gain initial entry: Staff was waiting inside, unbeknownst to us, whilewe were waiting outside ! Instructions should stress “ring doorbell on arrival”, and provide location, since it’s a little hard to find, especially in the dark. But otherwise a truly lovely choice in Bordeaux."

Bedding is high end and comfortable. Breakfast is complimentary and served on the patio. The owner is very pleasant and hospitable. Would highly recommend. "

"Loved the location, the room, and the ease of checkin. It felt like we were on a street in “real Bordeaux” but we were a five minute walk from the tourist center. Easy self check-in (they send you a code an hour beforehand) and lovely breakfast. Next time we’ll stay longer!!"

"Splendid hotel and well located in old city. The staff were exceptional. Always very friendly and helpful. The English concierge ( who spoke fluent French ) gave us some great tips on nearby restaurants and recommended a wonderful wine tour to the left and right bank which was so informative and personal. Money well spent !! I would highly recommend this hotel in such a vibrant and beautiful city. ✅✅"
