"I would higly recommend this hotel. The staff were all wonderful especially Lisa. She went above and beyond. We were there for my grandsons surgery. Her kindness and compassion was so appreciated. The hotel is immaculate. They serve free popcorn and cookies and cucumber water in the afternoon which was so welcoming after a long day at the hospital. We will definitly be back."

"They have a parking lot and I needed it for only 2 nights and the front desk was trying to charge me my whole stay when I wasn’t using it for all those extra nights. My room also didn’t have a smart tv, as the staffs was trying to help and bring us a smart tv for it not to work. The rooms are vintage, not modern or updated at all but that’s ok. The price per night is ridiculous. Besides that I loved it and would stay again, just less days."

"My husband and I spent the weekend in New York for our 46th anniversary. we were greeted by Jimmy at the front desk. He couldn’t be happier to help us and give us directions to where we were going. Great personality and an updated room since he knew it was our anniversary. The room was immaculate, as well as the bathroom. I just loved the decor in the room and cleanliness of the hotel. We will be staying there again!"

"You have to call to let the hotel know you need the airport shuttle, but it came within about 20 min after I did and was clean and comfortable. The room was clean, check in was efficient, and I'll stay here again if I get stuck overnight at La Guardia. "

"Day 1: Can't even enter the building til 4 PM checkin time. Access code does not work. Got to my room it was absolutely filthy - piles of dirty dishes, dirty sheets in a pile on the bed. Found a housekeeper, who just kept repeating "room not ready". There was another customer there in tge same situation. Finally a managerial type shows up, and we get moved to different (clean) rooms. Fine. Day 2: Try to get back in my room after being out. Code does not work. Got hung up on 4 times by the phone...
