"Checked in once stepping off the elevator, our room was directly across from it. It was annoying to hear people all night & earlier morning talking loudly by our door waking us up. Didn't get sleep. Going into our room it was a roach on the wall, pulled back the covers small bug, while everyone rushed to the bathroom after a 6 hr drive the toilet stomp up, no cord to the phone to call downstairs. Went downstairs (beyond tired) it was 3 ladies that were VERY HELPFUL & attended to my needs right...

"Its old, nothing like the pictures. The pool was disqusting. They allowed kids to destroy the weight room and generally ran around all damn night. Had to beg for clean towels, never did any extra wash clothes. No wifi and the breakfast was basic at best."
