When we got there we checked in got our keys went to the room only to find the lights in the room on, the tv on the bed not made and dirty towels in the floor. We hesitated going in the room as it smelled like someone had freshly taken a shower. We went down to the front desk reported our findings the front desk guys called his supervisor to report his findings then we were told they would have to put us in a Queen size room...

"It is a 2-star hotel but service is very friendly and helpfull."

A mi mamá le dieron un cuarto que ya estaba ocupado por otro huésped. En fin no regreso. "

"Es muy cómodo limpio y con acceso a comida en los alrededores"

It was OK for our purposes, because we just needed a place to sleep more than anything, but if we were actually looking to "vacation" or "rest and relax" it left a lot to be desired--especially regarding upkeep and how it was furnished 1. Our sheets had HOLES in them! 2. No toiletries, other than body wash in the bathroom 3. No bath mat 4. Insufficient towels 5. Not enough dishes or mugs 6. No sponge for washing dishes, or anything to clean and wipe down...
