"The room was rated as handicap accessible. There were NO grab bars in the toilet or shower. The shower door opens into the shower making it very difficult to close the door once inside. The municipal water had bacteria in it and could not be drunk. There was one filter to get water at the elevators, a long way from my room, especially considering my handicap. I was afraid to use it to was my hands or brush my teeth."

Our room was large, clean and comfortable, with no air-con but an efficient fan, which was very useful considering the heatwave when we were there. We didn't have breakfast, so can't comment on that. "The room was perfect. Clean and comfortable. The bed was amazing and it was hot that week and it was nice that there was a fan in the room. When we met the staff, they were very friendly and helpful. I would definitely stay there again."
