"This condo is just across the road from the boardwalk to the beach, allowing for easy access to the waves. Outside of the condos is a shower and hose to help remove the sand. The outdoor space around the condo was inviting. Our first impression when we opened the door to the condo was "Wow!" It was meticulously updated with high-end upgrades, including a washer and dryer, which was much appreciated. The kitchen was beautiful and so was the bathroom. They even provided beach towels! "An older hotel that has been maintained beautifully and was very clean. The people that run the place were very helpful and friendly. The beach view was very good as well. The swimming pool was clean and heated to the perfect temperature! As expected, the only complaint was the air-conditioning. It was a wall unit and because it was so hot outside, it ran constantly, and it was very noisy. Would recommend this to anyone who doesn't mind loud air conditioners. Definitely check this place out."

"We rented this room, looking for a wonderful experience in this great location in Florida. It turns out they rented us this room, knowing the air conditioner was broken and attempted to fix it halfheartedly with a portable air conditioner unit and a box fan. It did not do the job and it was too noisy to get a good night sleep and enjoy a $400 a night experience. Their response was to give us $50 and a cheap bottle of wine. The night manager Robyn was very unhelpful and would not listen to...

"We had a wonderful stay! The property was very clean, and the staff was incredibly friendly, welcoming, and always available to help. The amenities were well maintained and spotless throughout our stay. Breakfast was excellent, with a great selection of hot food. The breakfast staff did an amazing job keeping the food fresh and fully stocked, even during busy times, while maintaining a clean and organized dining area. We would definitely stay here again!"

One suggestion would be to install towel hanging hooks or rings on the framing wall outside the shower. The shelf above the toilet is a risky spot for towels. "This was a beautiful historical home, centrally located. We felt welcome from the moment we arrived and loved the tour of the home. The room, bed, and amenities were great, with the best breakfast!"

"The property is very well located and has available all the amenities you will need. The biggest shortcoming is housekeeping, which is not existing, and we ended up having to ask several times for basics such as toilet paper for our room. Dinner is available, tasty, but only one person serving the bar and the restaurant for all the guests in high summer season. Room is spacious, and was clean on day one, then got housekeeping only once during a week stay"
