"Beautiful hotel and great location."

"THE WORST HOTEL EXPERIENCE I HAVE EVER HAD. AMERICANS, PLEASE BEWARE! The parking situation is a complete scam, and the treatment I received from the moment I arrived was absolutely unacceptable. The staff were rude, dismissive, and full of attitude. To make matters worse, the breakfast was dreadful. The atmosphere was uncomfortable, and the hotel seemed to cater primarily to an older crowd. At one point, I was actually chased down by a man who assumed I was leaving the hotel without settling...

"Everything about our three night stay at this hotel was outstanding. The design is amazing, modern, yet warm and welcoming. Unbelievable quality and attention to detail. The staff was extremely professional, helpful, and courteous. Breakfast, which was included, was also great, fantastic selection, including custom made orders, such as avocado toast. The spa is gorgeous and the treatments I scheduled were one of the best I’ve ever experienced. The rooftop bar is fun with a beautiful view of the...

"Not a bad experience overall but not worth the price: nice building and nice rooms, good spa, excellent breakfast. Major issues I believe is the management, it’s not acceptable to have only one receptionist at the front desk with so many rooms on a Saturday, this is creating chaos, secondly I have paid a late check out online but somehow the staff was not informed so I had to wait 20 min at the reception just to explain the situation, third but nevertheless important the water coming out from...

"Property is nice overall and breakfast was ok, small buffet choice but excellent coffee. What majorly lets the hotel down is the misrepresentation of parking facilities, which is a 15 mins walk away uphill. We specifically booked with parking as one of our party has a disability and struggles with strenuous walks. The parking information should have been clearer- we would have selected an alternative accommodation if we had known."

Essen allgemein super. Es lohnt sich zu den Tschechen zufahren. Danke.😃"

"The room was lovely, comfortable and clean. They staff was helpful and friendly."

"Great and helpful staff."
