"Bit of a rabbit warren of a place and the single room was clean but quite small though had both a bath and shower. Bathroom could do with some diy. Across the road from a nightclub but sound proofing was ok as the windows of the room were sealed relying instead on efficient air con. Main issue was the sense of damp of the mattress and duvet which may have been due to a mattress cover. At one point sleeping on the floor seemed attractive."

The lady in charge (lovely lass) managed to get it sorted as the outside temp was up in the 30’s!!! "It’s a steal location for nature lovers, tree huggers and general lovers of good service. The rooms are excellently laid out and have a super selection of drinks, hot chocolate, tea,coffees. The Bathrooms look and feel modern and have a high standard of fixtures and fittings.
