"I loved the hot tub and pool, downstairs was beautiful but two times I went to the desk and no one was there had to wait a while not a big deal. The big issue I had was my friends blanket had a dried old blood stain on the blanket not from him. Also check out is at 12pm but housekeeping came at 10 knocked and woke me up, I said someone's in here and they opened the door then my friend had to tell them to get out. "Upon arriving, the trash in the room was full from the previous guest. We had clean sheets and towels though. Staff was ok. We had an older gentleman check us in the first night and he laughed when he saw how long we were staying and asked “what could you possibly be doing HERE for that many days?” We also needed a way to freeze ice packs for my son’s insulin and when asked about storing the ice packs in their freezer, the same gentleman gave my husband an attitude like it was an inconvenience....

"Room was not ready upon arrival at 3:00pm, due to staffing shortage, which was no big deal, I had time to wait. Front desk did their best. Room was clean, however the a/c was barely keeping the room cool. Asked for a fan and was informed the 3 fans that they have were already in use in other rooms. Aside from the fan issue, and not being able to pay cash for bottled drinks or snacks, I would recommend this hotel."
