"Very good"

"Purer Luxus - grosses Zimmer, alles sehr sauber, sehr aufmerksames Personal, elegantes private Onsen. Jederzeit wieder!"

"A 5 star experience in a wonderful wooded area of the city. Striking design and great ambience combined with top level amenities, excellent food and friendly staff make the stay at this hotel an experience that I will always remember. Get ready to be spoiled when staying at this hotel! Part of the amenities also includes plenty of parking and a free shuttle service to the train station."

I arrived with a private driver and was instructed to remain in the car because there were too many guests checking in. Staff wanted us to wait in the parking area, and I had to request to speak with a manager because my driver needed to leave and I could not simply remain outside waiting. After reaching reception, I asked about the hotel services and was informed that dinner reservations were required....
