"This was perfect for our stay. A very nice apartment, with French doors and a balcony wrapped around the corner. We were able to keep the doors open and the shutters closed to stay cool all night. The bathroom was a great size, it was nice to have a full kitchen for our drinks and breakfasts. Great experience"

"On the plus side, location is central and the staff go the extra mile to assist and help. However, the apartment has a poor quality to price ratio. It looks old and worn out. The windows are ancient and do not keep you warm at night. The tram passing by under the main bedroom window is loud. The elevator was not working. The main door could not be closed from inside... I would not stay there again"

"The staff were super friendly and helpful. We did have quite a few issues with the room, when we first arrived, the internal door handle came off completely and the air conditioning was not working. The staff were super quick to come and assist by repairing the door handle and restarting the power to the room to resolve the AC. The shower door did not also close correctly and leaked into the main bathroom every time used. The common areas were lovely and the building itself was stunning."

It is situated right in the center of the city and is within walking distance of shops and sights. My parents also loved the hotel. It came highly recommended and lived up to its reputation. "This is a small apartment about 15 minute walk from the Porta Nuova train station and the very elegant city centre parade. Maria is very friendly and helpful. Spotless clean and well equipped. Very central for touring the city. The room had little natural sunlight. No couch or arm chair but otherwise very comfortable."
