"Everything was wonderful, only except that it happened that our room was right next to the gym, so there were some door and dumbbell dropping noises once a while. However, except that, everything was great. House keeping super tidy, spotless. Food was yummy too. If you're going to visit places on the Hibiya Line even better because the hotel is right on top of one of the stations."

"Their service and hospitality is impeccable!! My daughter’s swim cover up got mixed in with the towels and went missing. They were able to track it down and deliver it to our next hotel with a gift for the incident. I would recommend 100%!! "

"Highly Recommended. Clean rooms, comfortable space. Nice location- Close to several train stations, convenience stores and restaurants. Front desk staff friendly and very helpful. Gentleman at front desk went above and beyond to help us with our luggage delivery to our Osaka hotel by filling out our forms and contacting hotel to make sure they would accept luggage. We really enjoyed our stay at this hotel."

"A good property only a few minutes walk to the train. Lots of restaurant in the area. Safe and quiet. Second trip to this hotel. Note that all rooms are on high floors as the lobby starts on the 16th or 17th floor. Great city view from the rooms. For Tokyo standards the rooms are a good size as long as you don't have lots of luggage. Well appointed and clean. Arriving early before check in time not recommended. Not very accommodating for early check ins and I had to return at 3 and...

"Very accommodating to specific requests, no feather comforter or pillows in the room, since I’m allergic (pictured) The property is in a very upscale neighborhood. One thing that I’m a little unsure of is the logic of truly waiting until 3pm sharp to check in. By then, the waiting area was clustered & they had a long line by 2:50pm. I get check in is 3pm but if the room is ready at 2:30pm why not slowly let the guest precheck in? Or check in? However, our overall stay was good. Completely...

"Very kind staff, and spacious room by Tokyo standards. The hotel had a lovely bar and restaurant in the lobby, and we enjoyed the Expedia perks we were given - an unexpected and pleasant surprise. "Deluxe room on 4th floor at back of hotel. Annoying stairs up half a floor from the elevator to about half the rooms on the floor, the ones at the back. Overly complicated and somewhat unfathomable light controls. No individual bedside lights. Good size with sofa, coffee table and quite a lot of space. Small bathroom. Short bath with shower space alongside. Tiny toilet with virtually no room to close door – would be better with a sliding door. Large safe. Some cupboard space. No view – frosted...
