Scenic Ocean front first floor pool view spacius condo for up to 4 adults.

One Queen bedroom with two full baths. The condo is just steps from the beach. The living room has a full view of the ocean and pool deck. There’s a pull out queen sofa couch and 2 comfortable recliners. Unit provides a fully equipped Kitchen with a bar and dining table with seating for 6. The Condo has a spacious balcony where you can shore watch or observe companions by the pool or ocean. The condo also has its own washer and dryer. The Royal Gardens has much to offer for entertainment for all ages. Located on the ground level by the pool is a great bar with a very good menu of food for lunch and dinner. Pools are indoor or outdoor with large indoor Jacuzzi. The famous Sam's Corner is just blocks away. Additionally you are just 0.7 mile away from the historic and fun Garden City Pier. Rocky start to my vacation but the host did everything they could to make it up to me. Mother nature on the other hand not so much! Spring break 2026 was cold. Unit was clean and I really felt like this was home away from home. I have stayed at other units at Royal Garden but can honestly say this is the only one I would return to. Beds were soft but comfortable. Sofa bed had an extra foam mattress on it which made that bed so much better. I think we all know sofa bed equals bars in the back. Keyless entry would have been nice but I understand the preference. I was just afraid of locking myself out since the door locks when it shuts. (yes I have locked myself out before) So watch out for that.Was disappointed that I was not able to use the balcony due to construction. The outdoor pool was closed but the Salty Pickle was open.I will be back! THANK YOU Gary for everything you did for me on this trip.

The view is totally amazing as soon as you walk through the door. The unit is clean and the host is awesome. He truly wants you to have a great vacation. The parking is tight but doable, better off with a more compact car than a truck. Definately plan to go back and definately will be dealing with same host.

The perfect spot

We had a lovely stay at this condo. It was clean and fit all our needs. The first floor was perfect for us. The accessibility to the pool and beach was perfect. The Salty Pickle was great as well with lots of good food, beverage choices and waitstaff. Our host Gary was very attentive and surpassed our expectations. We plan to return in the future.

Beautiful condo with incredible proximity to the beach!

The room is beautifully decorated and was very clean upon arrival. Appliances all appear to be updated and the kitchen had everything we might need to use. The owner was excellent about communication before, during, and after the trip. There’s also a little restaurant in the building called The Salty Pickle and we can’t recommend the burgers and Pickle Bloody Mary’s enough!

Great Stay at Royal Garden 102

We had a great weeklong stay at the Royal Garden Resort. The condo was as advertised online, extremely well kept and clean. The view from the balcony (and the living room) was awesome. Gary was absolutely great from the time I booked the condo until I left to come back home. Overall just a great place all around!

Best Condo Ever

My wife and I just spent a week at. The unit was very clean. All of the chairs and couches were comfortable so was the bed . Parking is great. The people working at the resort were very nice. Wonderful

Had a nice relaxing 13 nights here. Fantastic location, right on the beach. Beautiful sunrises, dolphins, and surfers could be seen from the living room and seen better in the deck. Gary was fantastic to deal with. He answered right back if I had any questions or concerns. The bed was quite comfortable and loved the ceiling fans. If your looking for a beach front getaway, this is definitely the place. Thank you Gary for letting us rent it. Can’t wait for next year.

Great Condo With An Amazing View

We really enjoyed our stay in Garden City. This condo was centrally located to golf courses, restaurants, and shops. The condo was very clean, and it had everything that we needed for our stay. Gary, the owner, kept us informed about the condo, and he was just a text or a phone call away if we needed to contact him.

Incredible view & outstanding property owner

This was our first time booking through VRBO and we couldn’t have been more pleased with Gary the owner. Immediately upon booking he contacted us to thank us for our reservation and stayed in touch over the course of several weeks up to our arrival - even sent a Happy Mother’s Day text! The condo was extremely clean, well equipped, very comfortable furniture and a incredible view of the ocean! Being able to hear the ocean from inside the living room was very soothing so much that I even slept on the sofa a few nights just to be able to hear the sounds of the waves. Will will most definitely be back and will recommend Gary to all of our friends. If you are looking for a home away from home on your next vacation this is your place. Gary thank you!
