Lazy Pelican Beach House- Oceanside Village

One of your favorites from Beach Bird Properties ! Golf cart included. Beautiful open floor plan 3 BR, 2BA house just a few rows back from the ocean. Great view of the lake and fountain for your morning coffee with even better views of the sunset. Just minutes to the 2 outdoor pools, children's water park and indoor pool (open year round). Private beach parking with access to the magnificently soft sand of Surfside Beach. Amenities include baseball field, basketball, volley ball, bocce ball, tennis, pickle ball, and a shuffle board courts.
We are a pet friendly property, there is a 45# limit on dogs size unless cleared by the owners. There is a $150 non-refundable pet fee.
We reserve the right to monitor the outside area of this property via home security devices.

This was our family’s second time staying in OSV and this house was great! It is a short walk to the beach or even shorter trip in the golf cart. The neighborhood is very pet friendly and there is even a dog waste bin and bags provided right across the road from the house. We loved the screened in porch. The house had everything we needed for the week and more - kitchen was stocked with small appliances, the house was also equipped with plenty of beach chairs, sand toys, umbrellas and a cooler. The whole family enjoyed our stay, including my two doggies. Thanks for sharing your beach home with us, we hope to return again in the future!

Fantastic Beach vacation

The house was beautiful and very clean. We loved the screen in patio. Mark and Diane answered all my questions and kept checking on us if we needed anything. We will definitely be back next year. Our dogs loved the golf cart.

Family Vacation

We thoroughly enjoyed our week at the Lazy Pelican! The home was wonderful! Lots of space, very clean, and had everything to make our stay feel like home. The location of the home was great. The golf cart, beach chairs and even beach towels to use all made our days on the beach easy and convenient. Mark and Diane were a pleasure to work with and always available to answer any questions we had. We will definitely be back in the future!!

What a wonderful place and helpful hosts

This beach house is so clean and tastefully decorated in a beach theme. It is so close to the beautiful beach and we loved using the golf cart. Our dogs loved being held and ride in it. The washer and dryer was convenient and beach towels were provided. Parking was adequate for 2 cars.

We would give 10 stars if we could!!! Everything was wonderful! Communication, location, and accommodations were superb. Will definitely stay here again in the future! Oceanside Village is very nostalgic for us. It's the perfect place at Surfside Beach!

The perfect stay’

Hands down our best vacation we’ve been on yet! The host are amazing, they have everything you could need while on your stay. From the golf cart to the beach chairs it really accommodates making it a stress/hassle free vacation. Very quiet peacefully property with a beautiful view of the lake for those late evening sits. Dream Home

The Lazy Pelican is a great home with a view to enjoy while sitting on the porch. The rooms are spaceous . The home has a great decor. Great vacation home

We enjoyed our stay at the Lazy Pelican very much. The perfect amount of space for our four generations girls trip, 3 adults, 2 children and a little dog. It had everything we needed, even a kennel for my dog. The golf kart made getting to the beach and around Ocean Side Village so easy. The beach was so nice and the kids had fun at the kiddie pool, too. Mark and Diane were very responsive to all messages that I sent them. I hope to be a repeat customer next year. -Amy Horton

A Wonderful Experience at The Lazy Pelican

My family had a wonderful stay at The Lazy Pelican. I have never stayed at a cleaner rental! The neighborhood was quiet and peaceful and the hosts were fantastic! You are just a quick golf cart ride from the ocean. The property had everything needed for a day at the beach including umbrellas, chairs, beach toys and more. We hope to stay at this property next year!
