Ground floor Condo - No need for elevators - Steps away to the beach and pool.

The view to the ocean is incredible as you are ocean level!

There is a King size bed in the master bedroom. Queen bed in the guest bedroom, and a queen size air mattress.

Master bedroom has private bath with another full bath in the hallway, outside the second bedroom.

Ground Floor Condo, no need for elevator, no steps to climb.

You have your own private porch with use of charcoal grills and outdoor pool. Pool is opened April 1st to November1st weather permitting.

All appliances are up to date. Washer and dryer available for your use.

All linens and towels provided in the rental fee.

Exit maid service $140.00

Pricing according to season.

Winter rentals also available.

$300 Security Deposit required at time of reservation.

Half of rental balance due 60 days before rental date. Final half due 30 days before rental date.

Cancellation policy: Refunds depends on when cancelled, if client is booking for another date and reason for change or cancellation.

Deposit will be refunded within 7-14 days of check out.

The pool was not open. The kitchen had everything we needed. However, there was a pungent smell in the sink. I think it was the garbage disposal. We ran hot water for a few minutes and the smell subsided. Other than that the stay was awesome!!! I didn’t want to leave. Thank you.

Such an amazing place to stay. We throughly enjoyed every moment we were there. The decor was perfect and so me. I felt like I was home and to have the beach eye level was great!! Will definitely stay here the next time we are in the area.

We had an awesome 2 months at this ocean front condo. Everything we needed was here right down to the excellent scrabble board! Communication with the owner was outstanding. The condo was very comfortable and clean. Will book this place again!

We loved our stay! Great location, clean, no need to being bottled water because they have filtered water in the fridge, and the sofa & recliner are super comfortable. The next time we want to stay coastal, we will definitely book here if at all possible.

Fourth of July Beach Trip

The first floor location meant just steps to the beach and pool. Porch on the deck made it easy to chat with other visitors once the sun moved. Could walk half mile to the pier if motivated. Owner very responsive when we somehow lost the parking pass. Onsite crew kept deck and lobby very clean. Would definitely rent again.

Beautiful condo!

This condo is perfect in every way. Steps from the beautiful beach. Nicely decorated. My husband and I stayed 1 night with our daughter and 2 grandchildren. We plan to return next year and stay longer!
