Head into the fully equipped kitchen and pack a picnic to bring down to the sand and throw on your favorite bathing suit. If you need to escape the heat, don't hesitate to take a dip in the shared pool mere steps away. As the sun dips towards the horizon, everyone can gather for a homecooked meal and reminisce about the fun that was had! Plus, no one will have trouble dozing off to the lull of the waves below.

This condo is mere steps from the fun, excitement, and live seasonal music of the Pier at Garden City. There will be no delay in checking out some of the best shops, restaurants, attractions, that Garden City Beach has to offer. After surfing, paddleboarding, or fishing, grab a bite to eat at Sam's Corner, Causeway Grill & Raw Bar, or Sara J's Seafood Restaurant. If you brought the kiddos along, Wild Water & Wheels is less than three miles away offering endless fun in the sun. If there are golfers in the group, they’ll be in paradise with multiple local courses within minutes of the condo! In the evenings, you can kick back on your balcony with a cool drink in hand and watch fireworks and enjoy the live music.

The perfect size and location for a few days away for some Fun n the Sun before school starts back. Convenient to The Worlds Best Ever hotdogs (TRUE). The pool was perfect big and clean. Music from the Garden City Pier kept all of Us Entertained and in an upbeat atmosphere. The Condo was just Absolutely Amazing. Very clean and perfectly stocked with Your essentials. I’m glad I’m not computer smart bc we didn’t need a TV taking away from Family Time. The Other guests and owners on site were friendly and pleasant (nothing out of the way with disorderly conduct). My grandkids enjoyed the music and the pier sitting on the balcony-hearing them sing some of the songs was entertaining most definitely. Mainly, just Perfect-For what I was looking for with my Grandkids.

Perfect for a little family getaway

We’ve stayed in this condo several times now. The location can’t be beat as far as you can park the car and walk anywhere you need to go. Several places to eat, shop and enjoy! Having the shower down by the pool area is super convenient as well!

Sept beach trip

Room was dated but acceptably clean. Balcony overlooking the beach was the best part . 4 flights of stairs was challenging but that was explained in the listing. There is not enough parking for the amount of rooms and there is no backup plan. I had to double park one night and come down the next morning and repark after a spot came open. I inquired about lack of parking and was told they would get back to me. The pier music and keroke was loud but we were not bothered by it. It always shutdown promptly at 11pm each night and it was relatively quite after that. If you don't like loud music with a mixture of bad keroke then I would not suggest this place

Oceanfront, short walk to the beach, next to Garden City pier & walking distance to shops, etc

The condo was nice overall. It met our needs for a short stay. I contacted management about our unit not having a parking pass and someone brought it over a couple hours after check-in. The condo unit was clean but the pool area could use some attention. The location is a positive & negative. We expected music from the pier until 11pm each night, it was not an issue. However, it remained loud & noisy, some nights until 1:30am. It was the crowd from the pier & the parking lot beside the condo complex. The noise started again between 5:30-6am each morning when an employee from the pier would throw glass beer bottles in the dumpster, 1 by 1. At one point we checked to make sure all windows were closed all the way because of the noise. With the noise factor, I wouldn’t recommend the property to anyone seeking a quiet stay or those with small children who wake easily. Another issue, which we didn’t really incur until the last night was parking. There’s not enough for the complex. There are 21 units total and 14 parking spots. Finally, the keyless door entry is a great feature, but the 10 digit code was a nuisance. It’s totally understood that property management/ owners cannot control the noise factor, but I feel like renters should be aware.

Scorcher in Garden City

The place has a great location, but we had an awful stay. The air was out the day we arrived. We contacted them that evening and again the next morning, due to our room being 85 degrees and climbing. We were able to contact the nationwide property group who was very easy to reach, but had to follow up multiple time because they were having trouble reaching the local property manager. They finally reached out and said no one could come by till Monday (the day we checked out). We requested a new room or some fans to help cool the room down, especially since we were traveling with young kids. I even talked to a locals and they even said their are 24 hour emergency service available for just this situation. We were told that the local agency would contact us about a solution, but it took us numerous calls and a whole day for them to finally deliver 2 small box fans to our room around 6:00 pm. Even with the fans though our room never got below 84. When we checked out the room was day at 87. I requested for the local property manager to call me, which I was told would reach out to me today, but still haven’t heard anything.

Good other than parking issue..

Been to Murrells Inlet several times so what I expected and that's a good thing. Only issue we had was parking, twice I had to park illegally on the street and around the corner as there were several unauthorized cars parked in the apartments lot.

No elevator only outside to stairs to 4th floor.

The dangerous prevented us from staying in the room. It was to steep to climb and especially carry luggage up the flights. The Vacasa folks did not care.

Nice view and very clean. Eight flights of stairs was too many for 65 year olds. That should have been included in the description. This makes me hesitant to book with you again. You're comunication skills are lacking.

Excellent stay!!

We really enjoyed our stay!! Very clean, well maintained, nice views!! Enjoyed sitting on balcony and listening to music at the pier. Right on the beach and walking distance to “downtown” area of Garden City! Kids loved the arcade and pier next door. We would definitely stay here again!!

Location-Location-Location

This condo is right beside the Garden City pier and convenient to shops and restaurants. The building is an older one and this unit shows a bit of age in places on the interior. It’s on the very end (pier-side) and the balcony provides expansive views of the beach and ocean, but sags on one corner. If you’re looking for a super quiet and peaceful location, this isn’t it, but the noise level of the surroundings is not unbearable at this time of year. Check in was completely devoid of human interaction, which was convenient, but figuring out details like where to take the trash, where the laundry access was, what was close by, etc. was an endeavor in independence since there were no printed instructions or information in the unit. This condo was clean (bit of a chemical cleaner odor) and perfect for our week end get away with most of our time spent on the beach and exploring the area.

Lovely unit

40 steps up! New owner needs to leave key so if lockpad batteries die you are able to get in Unit and not go thru 2 hrs standing in heat waiting for Locksmith who wasn't able to pick lockpad...Also a TV guide would have REALLY helped. Screen door has rip at bottom letting mosquitoes in.
