Parkside - Murphys Vacation Rentals

The Parkside Cottage overlooks the quaint Murphys Park and creek. Across the street plays can be enjoyed on the weekends, just out the back gate is the town library, children's playground, creek, and tree shaded park. Here a guest can find a variety of pleasant diversions even before taking the one-minute walk to the historic downtown area. Need more room? The Little Yellow Cottage is right next door and the Night Owl unit is located just on the other side of the park.

Newly added: a gas fire pit in the backyard.

The Parkside is a charming cottage in a great location. A 5 minute walk to downtown Murphys. You and see and hear the creek from the back yard, the 2 bed 2 bath set up is perfect for 2 couples. The kitchen was very well equipped and the beds comfortable. And the cottage was very clean! We'll definitely stay there again.

perfect location to walk uptown Murphy's, great with two bedrooms and two bathrooms. Nice park next door. Close to the snow but not in it. Our dogs loves it!

Lovely Getaway

Nice property! Clean and well stocked with kitchen tools/appliances. Clean/fresh bedding and towels. Great location and close to restaurants and wine tasting locations (steps away). The only things that lacked (we felt) was an inside receptacle for our recyclable items and a plastic trash can in the first bathroom to relplace the metal bucket. We had a great trip and will surely return.

Great Parkside cabin, steps from main St

Beautiful setting with great back porch for morning coffee and close to all the activities near main street. Next to pretty park with river running through it. Overall a fun place to stay for a weekend getaway

Perfect location and easy access to downtown Murphy’s

Great location with a view of the park and creek from the backyard deck. Easy walking distance to Main Street and downtown restaurants, wine tasting rooms, etc. Kitchen was well equipped. Communication with property manager prior to arrival was very good. Thanks again!

Darling cottage in town

Perfect Place near town!

We came for almost a week and couldn't be more pleased with the location and property! The Parkside Cottage is a couple minute walk to Main Street. The backyard is a great place to listen to the creek and frogs at night. We can't wait to return! Make sure to visit the Library next door! They have a huge puzzle collection to borrow and paperback books upstairs for sale!

Cute, great for dog

This is a very cute, snug cottage within 2 minutes walking distance to Murphys downtown. Right next to a creek, with a fenced backyard, was very enjoyable on the patio with a glass of wine while our dogs relaxed with us. The cottage is more homey vibe than fancy, is clean and welcoming, and we would definitely go back. Be sure to check tasting days for wineries, as Murphy's does close during the week, mostly Tuesday and Wednesday, and that might be something to plan around.

Cozy & Charming

What a little gem this place was. We didn’t want to leave. Management was personable and easy to connect with. The charm of the cottage speaks for itself when you walk right in. It has all the accommodations you need to sit and relax days on end. It was clean and quiet. We enjoyed a BBQ along the creek under the stringing lights and slept so peacefully. The location is an added bonus and you literally can step right into a boutique store or wine tasting room within minutes. We already were looking for times to come back and repeat this relaxing overnight we had. Thank you so much!

Perfect location

This property is super charming and is located just across from the community Park and Creek. The cottage is well stocked with everything you’ll need including great games and a wonderful, intimate backyard and fire pit. Main Street is very accessible to walk to for great dining, wine tasting and window shopping.

Perfect Location

We stayed for a Summit at Ironstone Winery. The location between downtown and the winery could not have been easier for us. Wonderful town, great stay! Would definitely stay here again.

The house was just as shown online. I was happy to find some spices because we did do some cooking and we have been other places with nothing. My only complaint would be fix the fence because we like our dogs outside with us and all we did was worry because she is small and could fit thru the broken boards

Really enjoyed staying here. Great location near town. Found tons of great wines. Loved drinking drinking them by the fire pit, listening to the creek. Dog friendly property too, which was essential for our furry child - who also enjoyed the atmosphere.

Lovely location

This cottage is right on the edge of the park and was great for our family, including our toddler. The master bedroom has a large closet in it that was big enough for her pack n' play. Think of it like your Grandma's really cozy, comfortable cottage. Lots of games and DVDs as well. We enjoyed the indoor and outdoor fires and being able to walk into town.
