There was no service whatsoever. The checkin processs is automated with no human employee around. The instructions were sent via a bot on my WhatsApp account but were not that clear and we were having problems getting in with no one around. Luckily, some other guest walked in and helped us enter the building and get our room cards etc. The bathrooom was small and semi transparent glass walls and the bathroom door is not designed to completely close. Embarrassing and absurd....the toilet seat inside the bathroom was stained and placed right next to the transparent / opaque glass wall on the other side of which is the dining table. Someone sitting on the bed or on the dning table can partly see the person sitting on the toilet and hear all the sounds....The stove didn't work and when i sent a request for service, the response was by the bot with a link to an electronic instruction manual sent almost 8 hours later. And it still did not work. Area is purely corporate so no restaurants or anything to see at walking distance. Interestinly, at chekout time some staff miracaoulsly appeared to take the keys etc..and for clean up. So providing service is not part of the business plan while guests are staying there. The narrow bed was pushed against one wall so one partner has to climb over the other or crawl in.from the foot of the bed. only one english TV channel.
The worst experience ever.
