"I lover the place, very, very beautiful. But staff don't speak english much. But the place it fantastic, it is so beautiful cover in snow breakfast and dinner are all inclusive, I didn't know until I find the place to eat . You need to mark advance booking, that all. "This is an exceptional ryokan. Only three rooms but very large rooms with a sunroom with "western style" chairs for those of us who aren't as limber as we used to be. The staff are very friendly and helpful. Quiet location with excellent views of the mountains. The food here is sensational and comes with English explanations of the dishes. "石打丸山スキー場に家族で行くために２泊させていただきました。 サンライズエキスプレスのすぐ近くにあることは、前から知っており、家族で泊まりました。 場所はリフトの目の前で最高です。石打丸山の駐車場料金も半分キャッシュバックしてくれました。 部屋は綺麗に掃除されており快適でした。他の宿泊者が廊下を歩いたりする音は聞こえますが、私は気にはなりませんでしたし、ある程度は仕方ないと思います。 他の部屋で騒いだりしたらうるさくは感じるかもしれませんが、幸い宿泊した日程は静かに過ごすことができました。 お風呂は近くの温泉を利用しましたので、こちらのお風呂は使っていませんが、混雑している感じはなかったので、空いている時間に入れば快適かと思います。 従業員の方も丁寧に接客してくださってありがとうござしいました。ご家族で経営なさっているのでしょうか小さい子も手伝っているようでした。 また機会があれば是非利用させてください。"

"It was great experience staying at this place. Right after we went to gala Yuzawa ski came back to the hotel and dipped ourselves into the large Ofuro in the basement. Smoking was not allowed inside or well outside the house so it was the only problem me and my friends faced during the stay but all in all we enjoyed our stay at the place. Place is warm and cozy. Recommend for friends and family or in groups over 5 people. "
