"The floor was dirty. As soon as we walked on it our feet were dirty. It had not been mopped or was mopped with dirty water. The shower had containers for body wash and shampoo, but the shampoo container did not work. Hall carpets were dirty, ragged and in need of replacement. Overall the building was in need of work. "

"When we checked in, the front desk attendant was very rude, didn't tell me our room number, didn’t provide instructions on how to connect to wifi. We got to our room and there were ants. We let front desk know and they said they would send housekeeping, which they should’ve made a priority, however, we were gone from 10am-6/7pm and they still didn’t have anyone stop by. Didn't even replenish our towels until we had to ask them. Then the following day, we were gone all day again and they still...
