"Great room, but the check-in experience left something to be desired. The staff member who checked me in had very little warmth I got a judgmental vibe, possibly because of how young I look. When I asked him to clarify a question (something as simple as “what card do you have”), instead of explaining himself he just sighed and went back to typing without a word. A quick “debit or credit?” would’ve gone a long way.
I did get the room without any real issue, so this is more about how I was...

"I had a great stay at this motel. The staff was very friendly and welcoming from the moment I checked in. Everyone I interacted with was helpful and made me feel right at home.
My room was clean and comfortable, and I had everything I needed for a relaxing stay. What really stood out was the excellent customer service and how kind the staff was throughout my visit.
I would definitely stay here again and would recommend it to anyone looking for a comfortable place to stay with genuinely friendly...

"When we checked in, they refused to split the bill between 2 of us because he didn’t want to pay another fee. I had asked for a first floor room because of my COPD, but they gave us a 2nd floor one. Our first room had hair on the sheets, and when we lifted the bottom sheet, there were crumbled leaves on the mattress pad. They didn’t give us enough towels and we had to chase someone down to get some. I absolutely would not stay there again."
