"The floor was dirty. As soon as we walked on it our feet were dirty. It had not been mopped or was mopped with dirty water. The shower had containers for body wash and shampoo, but the shampoo container did not work. Hall carpets were dirty, ragged and in need of replacement. Overall the building was in need of work. "

I was glad they had basics in the bathroom however the conditioner was mostly filled with water and just shut out hit me in the neck. They had put me in a hearing accessible room which was fine however the freeway outside the window was loud and the room itself appear to be connected to the elevator so all night long there was noise. The check-in process was extremely fast and professional, and my room was exceptionally clean and impressive. "Worst experience ever. This is a review from four day stay. The room was warm 68 was the lowest temp she could set. The second night note was left at door …power was going to be out from 8pm -2am. It actually went back up at 2 am. I had medication in fridge and was starting to get nervous.
