The Downtown Nook

Conveniently located in downtown Mountain View, the Downtown Nook is just a few steps away from the town square. The local Pickin’ Park is just a short walk and can be seen from the apartment entrance. Locals frequently gather on weekends to enjoy and play some nice old-fashioned music.

This unit is located in the back portion of the building on the bottom floor. There are three units in total for the whole building. The upstairs is also a short-term rental, and the front of the downstairs is a business.

I am not a very strict host, but I am very firm on the few rules that I do request to be followed.

*No smoking allowed inside the home. If you choose to smoke please do outside and dispose of your butts responsibly.

*There are absolutely no animals allowed at this home. I have a strict no animal policy.

*No parties, gatherings, or events of any kinds. This activity is not supported by myself or Airbnb. I have a maximum of 6 guest. All guest that will be staying or visiting must be accounted for per the reservation.

*No fires allowed anywhere on the premises

* Please note- all occupants must provide a photo ID copy within 24 hours of booking confirmation to verify identity.

****A $500 fee will be charged for any rules broken along with reserving the right to evict without notice.

I will be available via text or call 24/7. I am naturally a night owl, so please don't hesitate to reach out with any questions or concerns. I will get back with you as soon as I can. I respect my guests privacy and am generally hands off unless needed.

When my gps took me next door she was very prompt in replying to my message. The house was very nice and roomy. The location was exactly what I was hunting to be able to walk to all the shops. We will definitely stay there again.

This is a wonderful location for enjoying the music in and around the Courthouse Square. You can take a very short walk to enjoy the music without fighting the automobile traffic in the area. The unit comes with reserved parking for you.Inside the unit, everything looks new and is kept very clean. The host was very responsive to my messages. We enjoyed our stay.

nook apartment was awesome .

The nook apartment was very clean place to stay. the beds and furniture were very comfortable. My plan is to plan another stay at the nook apartment next month i enjoyed it so much. my mother is 81 and she loved the location of the apartment. after a long day in mountain view the couch was fabulous. we have rented a lot of places in mountain view and the furniture always sucks. The access to get in the apartment was great. I only have good things to say. if you are looking for a great place to stay you should stay at the nook apartment you will be happy you choose to stay at the nook apartment. Anna

Excellent in every way

Loved everything. Location. Location location. Cushy mattresses. Comfy couch. Clean. Comfy sheets. Nice flooring. Plenty of soft good smelling towels. Even goodToilet paper! Cute place. New to renting I think so still need to add a few things. Toaster. Blow dryer and hangers! Pretty sure that will be there soon! lotsof room. Enjoyed walking out the door to shop and eat without ever moving our truck. 5 mi no utes from the bluegrass festival. Quiet. Happy customers!
