Brand new cabin completed in September of 2022 has a 9 hole disc golf course that spans over a mile, an awesome theater room that will hold more than 20 people, pool table, ping-pong table, secondary game/living room with a 22’ shuffleboard, and 87-inch TV. Card tables on the balcony and in the game room, plenty of games stocked in the closet, and enough room for everybody to do what they want to do whether that’s active games or reading a book quietly while looking out at the scenery. The river has an amazing swimming hole in it that’s full of fish so bring your goggles and snorkel gear. Feel free to fish in the pond or use our kayaks to paddle around. Only 15 minutes to the boat launch at Anderson Ranch reservoir for great fishing, skiing, wakeboarding, and even cliff jumping if that’s what you’re into. Master bedroom on the first floor with a secondary master bedroom on the second floor both with incredible views. The dorm sleeps 12 and has two full bathrooms for all the kids. The kitchen come fully stocked with plates, bowls and cups for everyone along with a griddle, crock pots, pots, pans, mixing bowls, utensils, mixer, coffee pot, toaster, spices and everything else you would need.
