Country Charm! Billiards and Ping Pong Table & Sunroom, Spacious & Sleeps 14!

Come and visit Country Charm! This is a gorgeous 3088 square foot home that is still in the city but on the edge of town with beautiful country views and a peaceful relaxing setting to enjoy. The home has 4 bedrooms and 2.5 baths and sleeps up to 14 people yet is affordable for smaller groups as well. The home is wonderful to entertain with a large & luxurious family room and a 55" Smart TV & DVD player. The game room is amazing and has a billiards table and ping table for hours of enjoyment.

In the game room there is also a piano for those who like to play as well as a desk and chair for those who need to work while visiting. We have lots of games and board games for hours of enjoyable family/friend time together. There is also a large back yard with grass for which we have a croquet set, corn hole game, horse shoes, and bocce ball for outside fun. We also provide high speed Wi-Fi internet.

Country Charm is also handicap accessible with no stairs and wide and spacious rooms and hallways and doorways.

We have a beautiful sunroom which you can enjoy looking out the windows which also features a second small family room with 43" smart TV. There is an outside cement patio with a charcoal grill. You will need to provide your own charcoal and lighter fluid while grilling.

We have a large kitchen which is fully stocked with a Keurig coffee maker as well as several coffee and hot chocolate pods, water kettle, coffee grinder, blender, mixer, griddle, crock pot, electric can opener, and many sizes of pots and pans, bowls, glass casserole dishes, and cookie sheets to be able to cook at home meals. A high chair is also available. There is also a spice rack with many spices. The kitchen has a large island and we have an attached dining room that can seat up to 14 people people and also is a great location to play board games.

The large master bedroom has a comfortable king size bed and also has a comfortable queen sized sleeper sofa in the room. All the beds have comfortable blankets, pillows, linens, and mattresses. There is a large 55” smart TV also in the master as well as a huge walk in closet and a large ensuite bathroom. All bathrooms have luxury towels, shampoo, conditioner, body wash, and hand soap as well as hair dryers. A portacrib is also provided.

The second large bedroom has another comfortable king sized bed and a 50” smart TV with a bay window with amazing views of the countryside.

The third bedroom features comfortable twin over full bunkbed as well as a twin over twin bunkbed with a 43” smart TV for a great family friendly home for larger groups.

The fourth bedroom features an adorable full size bedroom set with a 43” smart TV.

The second bathroom is a full sized bathroom with a shower tub combo.

The third bathroom is a half bath off of the laundry room which features a full size washer and dryer in a laundry room for which we provide laundry detergent and softener and dryer sheets. A first aid kit is also available.

The home is on 6.5 acres and so you are not close to any other home and will enjoy a peaceful and quiet stay.

The home has a large driveway with lots of parking for many vehicles and enough space to easily turn around.

Within a few days of your reservations you will be given information to access the home with a digital key pad to open the dead bolt on the front door.

You will be conveniently located 3 or 4 minutes from highway 60 in Mountain Grove and are within 10 minutes of all the restaurants and shopping available in Mountain Grove. You will have easy access to other cities close by in the Ozarks.

We enjoyed our stay so very much. The spacious nature of this place made for an incredible getaway for my family. The pool table, ping pong table, and TVs in every room kept us entertained and facilitated connection.Overall, I would give this place 5/5.

We stayed here the first of Aug, 2024 and this house was perfect for our last family get together with my mom. There was plenty of space for her wheelchair, no matter where we were in the house she was able to be there with us easily. The entire house was wheelchair friendly. Only suggestion I would have is the master bath is handicap accessible, but the bed in the master bedroom sits up a bit. It took some work to get her up in the bed each night. As for the entire family, there was plenty of room everywhere and plenty to do (even though the pool table was the big hit!) Large kitchen with plenty of counter space. Large dinning room table, we did not use that to eat though because of the cloth chairs...with toddlers I knew it could end disastrous lol.The yard was good size and pretty flat, so the grand kids and dogs could run and play. No houses right next to it so we had our privacy, but only about 5-10mins from Walmart or Sonic (our favorite stops) Thank you for hosting our family and making this a memorable trip!

David and his family have the perfect home in the perfect location. Everything was exactly how it was described, and David had a response within minutes to every question I had. We will absolutely be back! Highly recommend!

We loved this house! We came to the area for an atv race and stayed two nights. The beds were cozy, we loved the floor plan and the pool table was a huge hit! Perfect location also. We hope to be back next year when we have anither race.

We enjoyed Thanksgiving with our family at this property and it was perfect. The kitchen was well stocked with the supplies we needed. Having the pool table was fun so the boys could all keep busy. Having 4 bedrooms worked really nicely. We enjoyed waking up to the cows across the road and watch deer in the back yard while we ate. Plan to do this again next year!

My 5 sisters and I had a "Sister Reunion" here and we thoroughly enjoyed our stay. The house and property is beautiful! We really enjoyed the relaxing and quiet area and there were beautiful views from front yard of a neighboring farm. I can't say enough about this property! You won't regret staying here!

The house was amazing and would definitely stay there again on next off road adventure to SMORR. Plenty of space and rooms for everyone. The Club 60 steakhouse around the corner was fantastic also.

Very nice property, spacious. Lots of parking. 3 couples and 3 kids had plenty to do and space to rest from a day of hard jeeping at SMORR in Seymour. Will stay here again for sure. Owner was available if we needed. Thanks for the stay!!

The house was updated and very clean. It is also quite big so tons of space for everyone. The owners have thought of everything you could possibly need. They offered so many extras like soap,shampoo, tissues, hand soap, etc. When we arrived, we were greeted with bottled water and chocolates. We have stayed at many VRBO houses and this is at he top. The rooms were beautiful and very comfortable. We also enjoyed using the pool table and ping pong table with our girls. It was great to put the phones down and just laugh. The home is private, no neighbors, but Mt.Grove is right there. We had a great time and wished we had rented it longer. We would absolutely stay again!! We will also be telling family and friends about this relaxing and wonderful home! Thank you so much for sharing with us.
