"We arrived to really kind and helpful valet and staff at check-in. I was truly expecting a perfect time! We had booked a Junior Suite... The room was mediocre and the floors were filthy. The smell of damp mildew hit us when we walked through the door. The window sills looked like that had major leaks ..."

"Stayed at the hotel first 4 nights. Absolutely loved it. Had a king room which was nice & spacious! Hotel is very clean. Grounds r very nice. Pool area is so nice. Hotel has a really nice bar that opens out to the pool. Had breakfast at the restaurant & it was very good! Hotel is in a nice area. ..."
