"Everything about our stay was wonderful. The staff were all very friendly and helpful. The food was delicious!! The staff were welcoming and friendly, even though we didn’t get to the restaurant until fairly close to closing as we were driving across country and had only stopped for the night to rest. We decided to take stroll through the casino and had a little fun while we stretched out after driving all day. "This was our first stay at Boomtown and we will be back. The room was spacious and clean and the bed was very comfortable! The staff was extremely friendly and helpful at the hotel and the casino. It might be an older property but they seem to take care and pride in their casino and hotel. "

"Very polite and helpful staff, they let me check in early and special thanks to Darla from housekeeping, she made sure my room was very clean and ready early & on such short notice. She said to let her know if I needed anything and explained about the complimentary laundry service because I had said I had a bunch I needed to get done. The room was nice and quiet & comfy. I plan to stay here longer like for a week and go to the casinos again once I save up"

"Staff was very nice. I was allowed a early check in which was helpful. Someone was always at front desk to help. My friend lost her key and security was very prompt on showing up to let her into her room. "

"So thankful to the whole staff for being so friendly and welcoming, but specifically ms Laura & ms Brenda. They went over the top to make us feel important and even brought my son a popsicle at breakfast. I don’t think we’ve ever stayed at a hotel where everyone was so nice and friendly. "
