When I arrived I was given a handicap room with a plugged bathtub and it had dirty towels underneath the cabinet. I went back to the lobby and informed the receptionist and she gave me a different room. During my entire stay I did not get any room service, I contacted the front desk and I was told that with extended stay room service is provided every four days, and asked if that was written in the check in contract and she said no, and then she went on to say she would have the manager update the check in policy. Also for the last day and night the TV cable service wasn’t working she stated that it was out and someone would come and fix it on Monday because it was a Sunday and no one could come out on a Sunday.
I paid a lot of money for this stay and had I known there was no room service for extended stay I would not have booked this hotel.
I contacted Wyndham about this situation and was told that because I booked through Expedia I would have to contact them for compensation for having such a bad experience. I think that I should receive compensation for this because I was not aware that there wasn’t any room service.

P.S. I also almost slipped and fell in the lobby where there was something wet on the floor.
