"I stayed for a long weekend with my husband and 3 kids. This place was great for our needs. It's definitely not a luxury hotel by any means, and could use some upgrades. However, it was clean and in a great location. Easy walk to the beach and has an indoor pool my kids loved. You can hear all the cars driving by at night, so if you're sensitive to sounds, this may be a tough spot for you"

"Do not stay here. Place is terrible. Does not have a breakfast station. Pictures are not of this location. We had 4 guests and were only allowed 2 towels for the room, for 3 nights?!?! Ridiculous!! If it wasn’t a holiday weekend I would’ve changed hotels"

"The property is run down , full of roaches FULL OF THEM , my tub sink and toilet had a bunch of hairs stuck all over it . There was blood stains on the pillow cases and pillows , THE ROACHES ALL OVER THE ROOM all sizes , the tv was broken the fridge was connected with 3 power extension’s … the ROACHES . I did not even bring any luggage in the room I knew roaches was going to get in my bags , the room smells my door had a dresser drawer handle instead of a door knob …. Just terrible I was...

"It was very nice to have easy, free parking in this very busy area. Only 2 blocks to the beach & boardwalk. Very good location to get around Virginia Beach mertro area. Continental breakfast is good with fresh fruit and bagels but not expansive. Plenty of self serve tea & coffee options. Really liked our 2nd floor room with a large private bathroom. The outside porches with the rockers are outstanding."

"The room was nice and clean. The beach view was beautiful. The staff were helpful. The charge of $20.00 per night for parking on the premises was not acceptable, especially since we were not aware of the extra charge."

"Loved the location and proximity to a lot of great restaurants. Check in and check out was smooth. Loved the outdoor pool. We enjoyed sitting on our balcony in the morning and watching the dolphins. The room was spacious and the bed was very comfortable. We definitely will stay here again."

"Liked that the sky view room on the 7th floor was spacious and updated. The pull out sofa was broken but the sofa itself was clean and comfortable . Loved location,view and front desk staff were great!"

"The smell of marijuana was overwhelming! It states no cigarettes or smoking on the property yet when it was mentioned they said they sprayed. The smells of whatever they cleaned with was also overpowering."

"Great place to stay, right on the beach. We actually were on the ground level and we were right next to the side door, so easy to go in and out. Staff was great, very nice and friendly. I’d come back!"

"Our stay was great. The outside does not tell the story for the interior. Inside all the amenities were up to date, clean room, clean bathroom, clean refrigerator, numerous channels, the fishing pier was well built, the pool was open, and minutes from all the beach attractions. There was no extra loud music, calm neighbors, staff is great as well. Thank you all for our visit."
