Condo on Jimmyhill Beach

Whether you're looking for a romantic getaway or planning a trip for the entire family, our amazing beach villas are just what you're looking for. Surrounded by a private beach, you can wake up to the sound of therapeutic waves. The bedrooms are equipped with king/queen sized beds on the second floor and a queen-size pull-out couch downstairs. The villas are equipped with A/C, WIFI, Netflix, a fully equipped kitchen.

Living/Dining/Kitchen & 1/2 bathroom on first floor. Bedrooms are on 2nd floor, each bedroom has an en-suite bathroom with flat screen TV. Board games are located in the living area. Outdoor patio grill, also option to grill on the beach. Portable chairs, beach umbrellas, boogie and body boards for both kids and adults, snorkeling gear, kayaks, kids' life vest, and beach floats are all available for guests during their stay.

Airport is 5 minutes away.
Other things to note
Internet available, fully equipped kitchen. Grocery pre-stock, Private Chef, babysitting, crib are available upon request. Assistance with booking activities, tours etc. are complimentary.

The best rental in Exuma. They provided everything you would need for a relaxing day on the beach. Chairs, Umbrella, towels insulated tote bags and so much more. It's also very close to the beach a 3min walk. The Condo is nice and spacious with large bedrooms. The host was super friendly and greeted us upon arrival. I would highly recommend this property.

We loved staying here. The condo was clean and had everything we needed for our stay. It is also in the middle of the island so nothing we wanted to do or see was very far.

Exuma escape

lovely place to stay on the beach, Clean, easy access to town and restaurants, but need a car. Renting a boat in Georgetown at Minn's is so easy and awesome way to see the area

Perfect Getaway

This is the perfect place to stay - close to the airport, downtown and both sides of the island with a quick walk to the private beach. The owners are quick to respond should you have any questions. Even though they are onsite (next door) they give you privacy and you wouldn't even know they are there unless needed. Any question just ask them, they are wonderful folks!

Best place I’ve stayed at on Exuma!

This was property was exactly as advertised and more! The location was perfect and the outdoor areas so beautiful!! They thought of everything as far as beach chairs, snorkeling equipment and more!! Definitely want to stay here again!! Thank you Agnes!

Easter Week

Let me just say that Agnes and Fernon are great host owners. Agnes was very helpful with information about places to go to and things to do. The villa was beautiful and very clean. It was the perfect size for our group of 4. The beach was just a very short walk and there were beach chairs already on the beach for us to enjoy. We definitely look forward to coming back. Thank you Agnes and Fernon.

Great place with great location

Loved a short 5 minute drive from airport. The location was very centralized which was nice. The house was very clean with basically everything we needed. It was great to be provided beach towels and beach chairs/umbrella. The beach is a short walk about 50/75 yards, and you have it to yourself. We did not need to leave. Air conditioning units were great with remotes for all rooms. Hosts were A+ with immediate response to any needs or questions the whole time. Agnes allowed an early check in which helped with a flight arriving at noon. Power went out one day on island for about two hours, but we were fine and seemed common. We would stay again!

Perfect place for small family

Owners live onsite in separate home and super friendly and inviting. Brought the gas grill up for us and had it ready to go. Unit was well equipped and perfect for the week with our teen girls. Would recommend!

Wonderful stay

We had a great stay at Jimmy Hill Villa. The condo is very clean, updated, and has everything you could need. We cooked some and the kitchen had everthing we needed. The attention to detail on what someone staying there would need was top notch. We loved the location and quiet area. There is outdoor seating at the condo as well as on the beach. It exceeded our expectations and we look forward to returning!!

Fantastic vacation

We had a fantastic vacation at Jimmy Hill Beach Villa! The place is modern, super clean with comfortable beds, always reliable Wi-Fi, big selection of TV entertainment and everything we needed to cook meals during our stay. There were plenty of pillows, blankets, towels and beach towels for our family of 5. Just a few steps from the villa is a beautiful beach which most of the days was all ours! We enjoyed the set up lounge chairs & beach umbrella. Also, the sunrise here is definitely worth waking up for … breathtaking! The Jimmy Hill Beach Villa is located less than 5 minutes from the Exuma Airport. The short proximity to the airport was unnoticeable to us since the villa is located in a very quiet area. George Town is a short drive away which we found convenient. Agnes and Fernon were wonderful hosts and very helpful throughout our stay! They answered all our questions before and during our stay; they gave us useful tips and even picked us coconuts to enjoy. They were super accommodating and responsive to our every need. Our 1st trip to the Bahamas was amazing and we would love to visit again!!

Just right!

This unit was super clean and comfortable. It filled all of our needs and expectations. New upgrades and large TVs made the space enjoyable while it rained a couple days off and on. The rest of our family stayed in other units that were just a quick 5 minute walk by beach which made it very convenient for us! The location is perfect, too! Just a super quick drive from the airport and short drive to Georgetown. Agnes is the best host! Very warm and friendly and we were so happy we got meet her in person. She made sure we had all that we needed, but also gave us all the privacy needed. She was so kind when she called me at the airport for our departing flight to make sure our flight was not canceled due to weather like the other flights. She wanted to make sure and let us know that we had a place to stay if we were stranded. It really meant a lot to us. I highly recommend her unit. Agnes was the most caring host. Thank you Agnes!

Paradise found!

This is a really beautiful property, steps from an heavenly beach, everything is brand new and properly working. Fully equipped with an attention to details and to the guest well-being. Super clean. Modern and stylish furnitures, comfortable beds, super nice blankets, extra pillows, extra sheets, beach towels, snorkeling equipment, you name it, you will find it there! What else can be said? The owners, yes the owners: Clarke and Agnes are some of the best we ever encountered, they helped with suggestions on places to visit and even with phone calls and restaurant reservations, always available and willing to make our stay pleasant. If we’ll ever make it back to Exuma definitely looking for no other place than this.
