Cozy cabin features 4 bedrooms, 2 full baths, full laundry, large open living room, dining & kitchen area. Large bar that offers seating for 6. The covered front porch offers views of 2 beautiful stocked ponds. Covered back deck overlooks an inground private swiming pool. Catch & release fishing is available in the two stocked ponds on the property. This home has room for a large family vacation while offering privacy that would be perfect for a romantic getaway.
This property offers private country settings while still conveniently located within 35 minutes from Johnson City or Kingsport, 45 minutes from Sevierville and less than an hour from Knoxville.
**Note: this property does have a working farm on site. There is cattle in the fenced area and they are fed daily in the evenings. Electric fencing is used around the parameter of the pasture, please use caution.

It was a beautiful setting. The house was very clean a little perfumey for me and the floors popped and cracked when you walked on them. So a little noisy at night time, if you're a light sleeper. But otherwise, a beautiful property would have loved to took advantage of the pool and the ponds.

Absolutely beautiful property and the cabin felt like a home. Had all of the necessities in case you forgot something. The atmosphere of the home, back porch and pool area were all magnificent. The perfect family retreat…

This property is a wonderful, peaceful retreat perfect for a family get away. Fishing in the morning, swimming in the afternoon; meals on the large covered back porch—the perfect setting to have a relaxed and enjoyable time together with family and friends. The house was very clean and the host was very responsive and helpful with all our questions. This is a place we would definitely return to visit in the future.

Wonderful hosts and beautiful property that is perfect for the whole family. Our children loved fishing in the stocked ponds and caught several bass and blue gills. They also loved swimming in the pool in the afternoons after we returned from the lake. The house was spacious and well equipped for all of our needs. It even had a welcome basket with goodies! We will definitely stay here again!

Absolute Delight!

Wow! What an amazing vacation spot for our large family! We arrived to a beautiful welcome basket filled with yummy goodies for all! We met Sam right off the bat (he was feeding the cows, whom you share the area with) and he was super friendly! Our kiddos immediately went fishing and caught several on day one! The adults headed to the nice outdoor pool. The entire house was spotless and very welcoming! We stayed 5 days and whenever we had a question reaching out to Nyki was simple and easy. She responded super quick. We would 100% recommend this cabin for your next family getaway. We traveled to Gatlinburg (about an hour and a half away). We also visited the dollar general several times throughout the week which was about a 5 minute drive. It was a beautiful and peaceful area. Thank you for an amazing vacation in your amazing home!

"Staying at this cabin was a fantastic experience! It was impeccably clean, beautifully decorated, and had everything we needed for a comfortable stay. Nyki was incredibly responsive and helpful, providing great local recommendations. We especially appreciated the thoughtful touches of extras that we might have forgotten. We highly recommend this host and would definitely stay here again!

Had a wonderful stay here! Celebrated a family wedding & birthday. The box of goodies & all of the amenities were a surprise! We all enjoyed hearing the cows mooing “hello,” swimming in the pool & fishing in the ponds. That was a big hit! We met Sam who told us the history of the house & farm. Reunion stay

We had a great time staying on this property. The layout was very comfortable for a group to gather - from the front and back porches, to the pool, to the huge living room. The kitchen was well-equipped for any kind of cooking, and the goodie basket plus coffee station was a wonderful welcoming touch! Not least of all, the house is set back onto a very large yard and made for a peaceful private escape. We barely noticed the owners coming to care for the cows in the back. Great weekend!

Almost perfect

The place is beautiful, very clean and has many many amenities. My grandchildren got the fish in the pond. My granddaughter caught a very large fish. It was a little big for her to reel in so Dad had to help a little. The pond and fishing were my grandchildren’s favorite part. They live in DC and there’s not a lot of that going on. We didn't spend a lot of time at the house. We were there for my mom's 90th birthday and there was lots to do. The only negative that I can think of is when you're sleeping on the main level and there are people sleeping on the upper level, when their up you're up. I understand there's no insulation because it's a log cabin. I guess I didn't think about that when we agreed to sleep on the main label and gave my daughter and her family the upstairs. Two kids waking up running to Mom's room. Other than that can't pick a thing wrong. I don't think there's anything you can do about that. Thank you

Perfect Stay

First of all Sam and Nyki are the best host I have ever had to communicate with their rapid resposone and attention to deal were top notch. The home was fantastic NOTHING was missed to accommadate us at this home, you do not have to bring anything except your cloths, they have all the toiletries, tons of towels, wash cloths in baskets in the bathrooms for a stay Lots of shampoo and soap too. The kitchen has EVERYTHING and I mean just like I was at home you will not have to run out to the store to go get this and that. There was more than enough top shelve paper towels, top shelve toliet paper and extra garbage bags for your stay, The TV is basic dish but you can access Netflix and Prime too. AC and Heat was great it did not take long to cool the whole house down after being out all day and same for heat as we had a cold morning and turning the heat on, the house warmed up super fast. The rooms are all fantasic the beds are very comfortable. The decor is perfect for this home . There is lots of room to sit and socialize The back porch was great lots of room and covered which was great to keep us out of the rain, The pool area is very private with a large fence around it, Lots of parking in the drive way but no access to the garage. Access to the home is through 4 or 5 porch steps front and back door access, We could not of been more happy with our stay it was PERFECT, If we come back to this area I would stay here over and over again. Counry living at its finest.

Fall Foliage, Family, and Fun!

We visited in November and this home was perfect for our family of 10! Adorably decorated for Fall! Open floor plan in kitchen/dining room, hallway, and downstairs bath/bedrooms was very accessible for one family member in a wheelchair! They even provided snacks which the the kids and adults enjoyed! Plenty of pillows, blankets, games and even fishing poles if you wanted to fish in the beautiful ponds! The kids really enjoyed visiting the cows! If you forgot anything it was probably there from tolietries to laundry items! The location was great and not too far from Oak Meadows Farm wedding venue! Hosts were a joy to correspond with via messaging and always quick to reply! Thank you so much for making our visit so special! 10/10 recommend!

Very Beautiful House and Great Hosts

We were in town for a wedding and this cabin was great and fit our whole extended family. We had 8 adults and 4 kids (aged 8-10) and had plenty of room for everyone! The cabin was very clean, decorated adorably and had everything you could possibly need! We loved our stay, and the cows were an added bonus. It was great to sit in the back porch and have breakfast listening to the cows!!

Very clean and cozy.

We absolutely love visiting this place. My kids love the animals, ponds, and the pool. My husband and I enjoy the relaxation, quiet, coziness and cleanliness. We went for a walk and met some of the friendly neighbors. Highly recommend visiting.

Outstanding Property in Every Way

We came into town for a wedding and are so happy we found this place. Check-in was a breeze and once inside we were greeted by a very spacious and clean home. If you need space and comfort this is the place! Highly recommend!
