Stunning home in Brsec with sauna

Villa Kalina is located in the small village of Zagore, halfway between the tourist pearl Opatija and Labin-Rabac surroundings.



Guests of this beautiful, modern holiday home will enjoy the exceptional view of the sea and the neighbouring islands from the upper floors. Near the house is the harbour, ideal for those who want to visit the islands of Cres or Losinj. The nearest shop, restaurant and beach are in Brsec, only 2.5 km away.

On a fenced plot of 1500 square metres, guests have at their disposal an outdoor pool of 24 square metres, a covered terrace with barbecue and dining table, sun loungers, three parking spaces and a parking space in the garage.



This spacious holiday apartment consists of three separate holiday apartments totalling 250 sqm. On the ground floor of the house there is a holiday apartment of 85 sqm with a fully equipped kitchen and dining room, living room, two bedrooms, each with its own shower/WC and a separate toilet in the hallway. On the first floor there is the second holiday apartment of 85 sqm with fully equipped kitchen and dining room, living room with exit to the spacious balcony with beautiful sea view, two bedrooms, each with private bathroom and a separate toilet in the hallway. On the top floor is the third holiday apartment of 80 sqm with fully equipped kitchen, living room with dining room and exit to the balcony with beautiful sea view, two bedrooms and two shower/WC. Please note that this accommodation may accept youth groups on request. Please contact us to check this. A youth group at this property consists of people aged 26 years or younger. If you are a youth group [or planning a stag party] you may be asked to pay an additional deposit on arrival. Any amounts required to repair damage to the property will be deducted from the deposit.

Ein tolles Haus mit einer wunderschönen Aussicht. Die Vermieter sind super nett und stehen bei jeder Frage zur Verfügung. Das Haus ist sehr sauber, es gibt alles was man braucht und bietet sehr viel Platz. Die gesamte Anlage ist sehr gepflegt. Wir würden auf jeden Fall wieder kommen:)

Three kitchens, three living rooms and three patios give a big group plenty of space to spread out. Ermano (the owner) is super welcoming and was available whenever questions came up and even arranged for fresh fish to barbecue. Quite simply, it was a beautiful stay. Ah and there's a sauna in the basement for rainy days -- awesome!

"Sehr sauber und sehr freundliches Personal.

"Sehr sauber und sehr freundliches Personal. Übergabe sowie Rückgabe der Kaution hat problemlos geklappt. Bei voller Besetzung (12 Leute) und Selbstverpflegung könnten mehr Kochutensilien vorhanden sein. Ansonsten mit kleiner Sauna, 6 Badezimmer, 1 Gästeklo, Tischtennisplatte, Pool, Couch-Möbeln und Liegen super ausgestattet. Die Lage ist nicht perfekt aber gut. Man fährt recht lange nach Pula (75min), Rovinje und Porec sind noch weiter weg. In der Umgebung kann man aber dennoch wandern und es gibt nette kleinere Strände. Die Fähre für die Insel Cres ist in nur 5min erreichbar. Der Ausblick auf die Bucht und das Meer sowie Cres ist sehr schön. Leider ist der Infinity-Pool bei Wind stark exponiert, sollte im Sommer aber kein Problem sein. In der Nebensaison sollte man ggf. aufpassen - wir hatten leider Pech mit dem Wetter und der Pool war bei Wind & Wetter leider nicht benutzbar ohne auszukühlen. Ansonsten war das Haus von außen top! Vorm Haus und neben dem Haus werden wohl perspektivisch neue Häuser gebaut, es sah also etwas nach Baustelle aus, gab aber keinen Lärm. Preis-Leistung war in der Nebensaison dennoch super. In der Hauptsaison fast doppelt so teuer müsste man mit anderen Häusern vergleichen. Für 12 Leute auf alle Fälle super mit 6 Schlaf- und Badezimmern, das bieten nicht viele Häuser."
