Great front desk staff, ease of booking, easy check in. VERY clean rooms, wonderful hot shower and comfortable beds (my only constructive criticism is they need firmer pillows) but I always bring one just in case- still give a 10/10. The home was easy to access, it was clean, it had everything we needed. It is an older home and the doors in bedrooms and bathrooms were sliding doors with a hook lock.
