"The apartment was clean and simple. Conveniently located near several restaurants and stores down town. It is located right above Mexi's however, you could not hear the restaurant below (and it was delicious!). It was great for the price and we were pleased with the space. "

"My two daughters and I stayed for 2 nights. Fantastic location and plenty of room for the three of us. The manager was very helpful and prompt with a power issue. A breaker needed to be reset and this was done in under 5 minutes. I highly recommend this place and would stay here again. "

"All at site was excellent. Due to the intense heat in Cornwall, air conditioning was very efficient, so much so that it was very chilly during our stay. The owner was VERY RESPONSIVE to trying to meet our needs and attempted to adjust temperature to our satisfaction. We were very impressed on his responsiveness. We will certainly consider this vendor again when in the Cornwall area."

The kitchen was very well outfitted, including coffee maker, toaster, microwave, air fryer, gas grill on the deck, and lots of good quality new cookwear and dishes. Even a fully outfitted spice rack. Great location, close to groceries, shopping and restaurants. Nice safe neighborhood for our daily walks. "

"As the saying goes dont judge a book by the cover altgough sometimes you can't pass the book cover. I will say the interior of the apartment was very nice, but the outside was very sketchy as garbage was in the stairway and it dark and dingy. The host provide no information on how to gain access to the buliding and only after calling VRBO did he finally provide us anything. Even with keypad code we still add no idea how to get in as the front of the building has no keypad. After going to the...
