King Master Suite/Cozy townhome, Close to WVU

Business meetings, game days, family entertainment, outdoor recreation, and relaxation await at this 3-bedroom/3-bath townhome. Fully equipped with modern comforts, including WIFI, a workspace, Smart TV/s & a deck, this Morgantown vacation rental is the ideal gathering space for any occasion. Take a short drive to explore the shops and local foodie destinations or enjoy a scenic hike at Coopers Rock State Forest. Check out the downtown scene and enjoy dinner at a neighborhood bistro!

The "key" access is an app called August. Once you book, you will receive instructions on how to set it up & you'll receive an invitation to the Airbnb address. Once you download the app & set up an account, you will see the invitation there for this address. Then, once you arrive at the front door and open the app, you'll see a red circle indicating the door is locked. Tap the red circle and it will turn green and unlock the door. It's pretty slick. If you feel you may have trouble with this, please let us know and we can leave a physical key for you instead.

The townhouse is 3 levels. You will enter the garage or front door on main level (there is also a game room which you'll access through a door at the back of the garage. There is a flight of stairs up to the first floor where you'll find the kitchen/living room/one bathroom/laundry room. Then another flight of stairs leads to the 3 bedrooms and other 2 bathrooms.

There is a Pack-n-Play available. If you need it, please request it before your stay so we can have it set up for you. If you have any other requests, please let us know ahead of time so we can do our best to accommodate your request.
Also, of note, the dumpster is located at the bottom of the property to the right of the Dog Park. This is where we ask that you dispose of all trash. 24-hour Fitness Center on the property, key fob is provided in the townhouse

Simply Because

This home is a 3 story beautiful Townhouse the home came equipped with everything you needed from iron to cleaning utensils cooking utensils and also some cabinets food for your needs. This home is close to any location for groceries and or food and drinks also is available for a dog park if you have animals This home is amazing it came with a game room a garage and all I can say is it’s simply amazing

No power, no problem

We brought the family to Morgantown for Easter weekend to visit grandson at WVU. We were very pleased with the house and the communication with owner. On Saturday night, a brief, bad storm went through the area, leaving us without power for the duration. We still had a good time and even managed to cook an Easter ham on the grill. Well-stocked kitchen and easily accessible hostess saved the days. We played card games, took walks, enjoyed time with grandson and roommate. No power, no problem—well kind of tough, but we still loved our family time in our home away from home.

Kids sporting event stay for the family.

House was clean and had everything there you could need. Quiet neighborhood and the kids liked the game room. Had some issues with the front door but, minor compared to everything else.

Fabulous Stay!

We stayed at this property for the WVU vs. PSU game. Great stay but bad outcome for the game- The location was perfect, the host Jennifer could Not have been any more accommodating. The house was clean, comfortable and made fit our group perfectly. We will definitely be staying here again! Highly recommended!

WVU Graduation 2023

We had a fantastic time at this property. The home was well appointed and had all of the extras in the kitchen we needed. Sheets and towels provided is always a plus. The highlight was the Property Manager, Jennifer Beattie. She was very attentive to all of our needs. Communicates quickly and effectively. She Solved a grill issue for us in 2 hours and was always available for property questions. She is awesome!! We will be back! Thank you Jennifer.

We visited Morgantown to go white water rafting in Ohiopyle less than 1 hours drive away. The listing was spacious, clean and provided all the amenities we needed to have a comfortable stay.

Nice property for people who can handle stairs

We knew there were stairs, but older people in our group were not comfortable with them. Nice place and Jennifer immediately addressed the AC issue. Someone came and fixed it right away. Beds were very comfortable and kitchen was well equipped. Definitely recommend this rental.

Great stay, met our needs

Overall property met our needs for our short stay. Had most of the things you would have expected it to have. Neighborhood was quiet and clean. Didn't get to use all the extras since our stay was so short, but would be willing to stay again. Communication was excellent with the property owner, not impressed with the 3rd party site for the initial reservation but that was no fault of the owner.
