Disappointing Stay – Would Not Recommend
I stayed at the SureStay by Best Western in Morgan Hill and unfortunately had a very disappointing experience. While the rooms appeared to be partially remodeled, they were far from finished. There were holes in the headboards where outlets or lights should have been, which made the space feel incomplete and poorly maintained.
Although I booked a non-smoking room, the smell of marijuana was strong and constant throughout the room, which made the stay uncomfortable from the start.
The worst part of the stay happened around 4 a.m., when the neighboring room began blasting music so loudly that it woke us up. Eventually, the police were called, and the situation escalated into officers banging on the door for nearly 20 minutes, loudly threatening to break it down. It was stressful, unsettling, and far from restful.
Overall, this was not a fun or relaxing experience, and I would not recommend staying here.
