3BR 3 Bath home with hot tub eight minutes from Cave Run Lake

Hunter's Cove is a beautiful 3 bed and 3 bath with hot tub.  Privacy abounds and so does relaxation.  There's plenty of room for friends and family and your boats. There are five sleeper sofas scattered throughout the house.  On the main floor you'll find a furnished kitchen, living/dining room, and the master bedroom with an attached bathroom with a tiled double shower.  In the basement there are two more bedrooms, one with two sets of full bunks, and one with a queen bed, and a full bathroom.  There is also pool table and air hockey in the basement to keep family time exciting, along with a hot tub on the basement patio.

There is an attached two car garage that you are welcome to use to back your boat into and charge all your accessories.

Hunters Cove is 10 minutes away from the renown, Cattleman’s Steakhouse in Morehead.

IMPORTANT INFORMATION:

- We kindly ask that there are no fireworks, loud music, or rowdy behavior.

- Check-in is at 3:00 PM and check-out is at 10:00 AM.

- Kindly remember to clean up after your dog by picking up any feces before your departure.

- Please be aware that there will be a $50.00 fee per pet.

- Please be aware you will be charged 10% of the total trip at booking and the remaining 90% will be charged to the card on file, thirty days before check-in.

We had a great time. I am would suggest end tables, batteries for the ceiling fan in the living room, more televisions, for the extra rooms for kids to play games or watch movies. Other than that we had a great time!

Overall enjoyed our stay. Super disappointed the main bathroom shower was not working properly. House seemed cold unsure if that was user error. Wasn't sure which of the 3 thermostats worked the heated tried them all. Hopefully shower will be fixed if we come back next year.

We liked that the house had so much room. The double size bunk beds were nice since my adult kids were sleeping in them. They appreciated the extra room. We enjoyed the hot tub, fire ring, upstairs deck with the table and chairs and pool table. It made for some nice family time. The town of Morehead is only about 10 minutes away with multiple stores and restaurants for your convenience. We walked around the Peddler's Mall and visited Cave Run Lake to do a little exploring of the area. It was pretty peaceful except it is close to a highway so you can hear some cars driving by when you're sitting outside. But it wasn't anything that bothered us. We did get to see 3 deer in the morning. They were in the front yard munching on the grass. We had a great time here. It worked out just as I was hoping... Some relaxing family time.

We were only here for a brief time, but we wished we could've stayed longer to enjoy this space more! The house was so much bigger than we thought it would be, and was very comfortable for the 4 of us who stayed here (plus our dog!). We came to celebrate a family members wedding, and would definitely stay here again. The only thing I would change is there weren't any hooks to hang towels on in the upstairs bathroom.. overall, great place for families to stay!

Wonderful Memorial Day weekend getaway.

We went for a long weekend an it was a wonderful stay. Everything was in excellent condition and it was so very comfortable. It was conveniently positioned and we had a great time. Everybody said they want to go back again. Thank you for such a wonderful property!

Great Place for Family Gathering

Our family gathered to celebrate a 50th birthday party. 6 adults and two boys (6 & 8) stayed at the property. We had 8 extended family members join us for the party. With that many folks it was easy to gather for a meal but with plenty of room so that it was not crowded. 4 star rating because of lack of towel and luggage racks. Kitchen was well stocked. Laundry room was very nice to have.

Great location!

The home is located in a small community with trees and winding roads. It is close enough to conveniences should you forget something. The home is large with plenty to do right in the house. We were also able to take a walk around the neighborhood and a hike in a park with a lake just a short drive away. The huge master shower is amazing! The pullout couches are a plus. Appreciated the startup of many essentials and availability of cleaning supplies to keep the house tidy during our stay. Additionally, communication with Den was helpful!

Nice location

This home is beautiful. Away from traffic but close enough to anything you want. I only had one problem. There is absolutely no place to set anything. No dressers in the bedrooms, one night stand in each of the regular bedrooms. None in the room with bunk beds. The house advertises to sleep 12, but only room for 4 at the kitchen table. No end tables to set a cup of coffee. I know that sounds nit-picky and maybe it is because everything else was just fine.

Family Time

House was awesome and clean. Great location for acess to Cave Run. The house was spacious and country feeling. The 2 beds in the bedrooms are way to high and hard to get on and off. Needs changed and should be kings.

Beautiful home with a lot of space

The house was exactly as described. It was extremely spacious and has a pool table that made our trip even better! The amenities are well worth it!
