"Yes parking is difficult but once you are parked you don't ever need to move your car as you have direct access to a ferry port and can travel to virtually any town that borders como di lago. "I love the location. But no ac and lots of mosquitos do we didn’t want the doors open siding the day. I am giving it a four because it is a great location and it was very clean, but some things to look out for the washer knobs are very worn and I had to go how to use the washer. Additionally, there was no air conditioning so we couldn’t leave the doors open during the day because there were mosquitoes in walking around and we did not want to get back to having them in the room at night and in...

"Spacious apartment just a block from the waterfront and convenient to the funicular to train station. Grocery store across the street. "

"Very happy with Icon. Entrance and access were convenient and easy, location very good, with bus stops within a 2-3 minute walk, the Lido/Cassarate area only 12-15 minute walk, and downtown only a 20-minute or so walk. The building was modern, and accommodation was very nice. Murphy bed very comfy, good kitchen and a very good bathroom with a rain showerhead. Nothing but nice things to say...we really loved it! "

"This is a lovely central place to stay . The apartment has everything you need is very comfortable and is very secure . It’s only a few minutes walk into the town of Como so very convenient. "On our last night of stay which was a Friday night there was a lot on the street caused by people from the bar. You could hear a lot outside during the stay but it did not bother us unlike the last night. Everything else was fantastic, great hospitality, clean, proper guide, and thorough communication from property owner. "
