"Property was immaculate, staff at reception were helpful, plenty to do and very close to Energylandia, just a 15 minute walk or there are a listed number of dotto train services to and from the park. Breakfast was varied and tasty.
Downside was that we chose the property because it was listed on Expedia as offering a return shuttle service to Krakow airport, at an additional cost of 300PLN. After booking, we were advised by the property that they do not offer this service.

"The location of the property was excellent and the room was very clean.
The shared bathroom was a bit tricky in the mornings when people from all 3 rooms wanted to shower and get ready for the day!
The bed was also very low although comfortable. The bedding smelt lovely and it felt very safe in the area around the apartment and in the building. "

"It’s not bad at all—considering the price, the distance from the city center is understandable. Overall, it was okay. However, the place felt a bit like a ghost town—abandoned, with no reception in sight. During our two-night stay, I couldn't find breakfast on either morning, even though I was up by 7 a.m. both days.
