Parking spaces in front of the building could use to be wider due to the fact that more people are driving full size trucks which makes parking tighter and subjects people to door bumps. "Hotel is in the older side as they give you an actual key for your room. The AC wasn’t that cold so we slept with the window open but the fresh breeze was nice too. TVs on the smaller side, at least ours was. Great shower amenities and you can ask to borrow a hair dryer while there. The electrical outlet beside our bed was questionable and wouldn’t work unless the light switch was turned on. Great 13 minute drive to Halifax’s waterfront. Parking can be tight in the evening once everyone is back...

"As soon as I walk in, I realize I can eat off this floor right now. That's how clean this place is. And I was like, d*** this place. This place smells so good. Holy man, look how bougie this place is man. All the lights have dimmer switches. The view is amazing Love the hot tub, but the black flies were brutal. "My friend's statement about sums up this property: "For $350 a night, this is a bit janky." Let me prephace this review by saying that there is nothing objectively wrong with this hotel, but I wouldn't say that it is good value for money. For the $350 we paid a night, there were multiple electrical outlets in the room that only had one screw, or were otherwise loose/coming out of the wall. The wood plank ceiling had messy splotches of paint throughout and we noticed in our friend's room, that...

"The furniture was very old, the nightstand drawers were stuck and broken, and the room smelled like they used and entire can of Febreze in the room just before I went in. The flooring was new, room was relatively clean and the mattress was a newer mattress. However, leading up to the room was very dirty, dark and dingy. It was extremely noisy the first night with other clients entering and exiting their rooms every hour or so from 11:00 pm to 5:00am. The key card entry makes a very loud beep...
