"Excellent stay from start to finish. The suite was modern, spacious, spotless, and beautifully furnished. The bed was comfortable, and the kitchen had everything we needed. The staff were friendly, welcoming, and always ready to help. The location was convenient, with easy access to the city. Everything matched the description perfectly. We would definitely stay here again and highly recommend Premier Suites Plus Rotterdam."

"Très bel espace au coeur de la ville. Nous avions une vue superbe au 19 e étage. L'accueil au comptoir était un peu rude et sans chaleur. Le chauffage faisait défaut (trop chaud), le lave-vaisselle a brisé et un des deux ascenseurs était en panne. Il aurait fallu un petit coup de rafraîchissement à la peinture de l'appartement et au mobilier du salon."

"We were very happy with the location and majority of amentities.
We did not see a thermostat, which would have been helpful during the heat wave, but the temperature was bearable at whatever the standard setting was.
The couch had stains on it which was in contrast of how pristine and beautiful the rest of the accommodation was.
There was no hand soap or hand towels for washing hands throughout the unit which was odd.
Beautiful, comfortable, lots of windows.
